Ingrediënten (Voor 12 balletjes)

• 4 eiwitten • 200 g Appenzeller, geraspt • 4 el platte peterselie, fijngehakt en goed gedroogd • ¼ el piripirivlokken • 100 g paneermeel • 1-2 dl olijfolie • zout, versgemalen peper
Klop de eiwitten stijf. Zet apart. Meng de Appenzeller met de peterselie en de piripiri. Voeg zout en peper toe. Zet apart. Schep met een spatel de eiwitten door het kaasmengsel. Maak balletjes met een eetlepel. Rol de kaasballetjes door het paneermeel. Zet apart. Verwarm de olie in een diepe pan. Bak de balletjes Verwarm de olie in een diepe pan. Bak de balletjes ongeveer 2 minuten. Verdeel de balletjes over de borden.
