NEW PARTNERSHIPS PRIORITISES HOME SAFETY AND SECURITY In line with the strategy of elevating the Vale do Lobo brand and improving customer service and safety throughout the resort, Vale do Lobo has entered into an agreement with a new security company. As of 1st January 2024, Strong Charon has been appointed as the new provider of all safety and security support at Vale do Lobo. New property safety services are now available which can be added to the traditional alarm monitoring service. Property owners can add panic buttons to their alarm hardware. Property security can also be boosted by combining the CCTV monitoring service with an intruder alarm system, allowing for immediate intervention and verification through images captured on-site. An Access Control Service for the Video intercom also allows for remote access management. The monitoring of these four services is completely free of charge for Resort Members (for non-Basic application only). In addition, our Annual Maintenance of Security Systems and Technical Assistance Service provides preventive maintenance for your safety equipment. This helps avoid potential failures, defects, and part wear. Technical assistance
includes all necessary corrective interventions or repairs. We provide annual maintenance and technical assistance services for intruder alarm, CCTV, and access control systems. Ensure your property is equipped with the latest safety solutions with our Security Equipment Installation and Consultancy service and take advantage of the vast knowledge of our qualified, certified in-house technician, who provides a solution customised to each client's needs. The Vale do
Lobo Proprietors’ Club Customer Managers are at your disposal for further information or to book a technician. THE JUNIOR GOLF ACADEMY IS BACK FOR HALF TERM! The popular Junior Golf Academy is back for February half term, ready to inspire Vale do Lobo’s young golfers
and support them to build their skills. The perfect chance for participants to improve their performance and
broaden their knowledge of the sport under the guidance of experienced professionals. Classes will take place daily from 14:00h to 16:00h, between 12th and 16th February 2024, providing a memorable experience for budding young golfers to improve their game. We keep group sizes small, with ten children or fewer per group, ensuring each child receives expert attention as they build their skills and confidence. 14:00h às 16:00h, entre os dias 12 e 16 de fevereiro de, proporcionando uma emocionante experiência para os jovens golfistas que procuram aprimorar as suas habilidades. Os grupos serão compostos por dez crianças no máximo, assegurando que cada participante recebe atenção especializada à medida que desenvolve as suas capacidades e confiança. NOVAS PARCERIAS DÃO PRIORIDADE À SEGURANÇA DOMÉSTICA Em linha com a estratégia de elevar a marca Vale do Lobo e melhorar o serviço ao cliente e a segurança em todo o resort, Vale do Lobo celebrou um acordo com uma nova empresa de segurança. A partir de 1 de janeiro de 2024, a Strong Charon foi nomeada como o novo fornecedor de todo o apoio de segurança e proteção em Vale do Lobo. Estão agora disponíveis novos serviços de segurança para propriedades que podem ser adicionados ao tradicional serviço de monitorização de alarmes. Os proprietários podem adicionar botões de pânico ao seu hardware de alarme. A segurança das propriedades pode também ser reforçada através da combinação do serviço de monitorização CCTV com um sistema de alarme de intrusão, permitindo uma intervenção e verificação imediata através de imagens captadas no local. Um serviço de controlo de acesso para o videoporteiro permite também a gestão remota do acesso. A monitorização destes quatro serviços é totalmente gratuita para os Membros do Resort (apenas para a aplicação não-Básica). Para além disso, o nosso Serviço de Manutenção Anual dos Sistemas de Segurança e Assistência Técnica permite a manutenção preventiva
do seu equipamento de segurança. Isto ajuda a evitar potenciais falhas, defeitos e desgaste de peças. A assistência técnica inclui todas as intervenções correctivas ou reparações necessárias. Prestamos serviços de manutenção anual e assistência técnica a sistemas de alarme de intrusão, CCTV e controlo de acessos. Garanta que a sua propriedade está equipada com as mais recentes soluções de segurança com o nosso serviço de Instalação e Consultoria de Equipamentos de Segurança e tire partido do vasto conhecimento do nosso técnico interno, qualificado e
certificado, que fornece uma solução personalizada às necessidades de cada cliente.
