NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

Thursday 2 September 2021 at 7.00 pm Immediately before the Noggin and Natter In the clubrooms, Cutler Park, McLeans Island Road

Due to ill health, Ross Butler is standing down as Branch Chairman. In accordance with the Branch Constitution, this Special General Meeting has been called to elect a Branch Chairman until the next Annual General Meeting when nominations for all Branch Committee members will be called for.

To elect a Chairman for the VCC Canterbury Branch Incorporated.

Nominations for Branch Chairman must be forwarded to the Branch Secretary,
