CSO previews a revolutionary Élite model The leading ophthalmic instrument company announces the official release of the SL99K Élite slit lamp, the long-awaited technological update of the renowned SL9900 Élite model that introduces a host of new features designed to improve the user experience when imaging ocular structures, making the examination easier and more ergonomic. Key features of the new instrument include: Multifunction joystick • Allows, in addition to the photo-taking function, to switch between photo mode and video mode • Programmed to adjust the exposure of the image during shooting, offering precise control to the user. Potentiometer with Dual Controls • Located on the base of the instrument, it allows the user to adjust the intensity of the main and background illuminator. The user can therefore manage all the functions related to image capture without ever taking hands off the instrument; in addition, the magnification changer automatically informs the Phoenix application of the magnification used to take photos, thus allowing precise measurements of the eye and its attachments. The new features are integrated in a completely new design, entirely made in Italy. This revolutionary version, previewed at MIDO, will be available on the market from March 2024. L’azienda leader nel settore degli strumenti oftalmologici annuncia l’uscita ufficiale della lampada a fessura SL99K Élite, l’atteso aggiornamento tecnologico del rinomato modello SL9900 Élite che introduce una serie di nuove funzionalità progettate per migliorare l’esperienza dell’utente nella acquisizione di immagini delle strutture oculari, rendendo l’esame più agevole ed ergonomico. Tra le principali caratteristiche del nuovo strumento: Joystick Multifunzione • Consente, oltre alla funzione di scatto delle foto, di passare da modalità foto a modalità video • Programmato per regolare l’esposizione dell’immagine durante la ripresa offrendo un controllo preciso all’utente. Potenziometro con Doppi Controlli • Presente sulla base dello strumento, consente la regolazione dell’intensità dell’illuminatore principale e di quello di background. L’utente potrà dunque gestire tutte le funzioni relative all’acquisizione dell’immagine senza mai staccare le mani dallo strumento; inoltre, il variatore di ingrandimenti comunica automaticamente all’applicazione Phoenix l’ingrandimento utilizzato per scattare le foto, consentendo così misure precise dell’occhio e degli annessi. Le nuove funzionalità sono integrate in un design completamente rinnovato, interamente made in Italy. Questa rivoluzionaria versione, presentata in anteprima a MIDO, sarà disponibile sul mercato a partire da marzo 2024.
