Danny Navarro hit the ground running when he joined KWPE by attending MegaCamp. When we asked Danny how MegaCamp changed his mindset towards building his business & what he has done to maintain it, his advice was extensive. “Not many are doing what we are doing every day: prospecting daily, intense role-play, practicing scripts & dialogues. I’m on track in closing 30 deals this year, 80% listings/ 20% buyers. You have to push through, shake it up, and go beyond!

By attending BOLD and focusing on that ONE thing, Loni McVicar increased her production by 162 percent! “BOLD motivates you to do better, not just in business, but in every day life. Since attending BOLD, I have been reading ‘The One Thing’ by Gary Keller everyday. It’s important to accomplish one thing at a time, before proceeding to the next. It’s that one thing that will get you closer to your goal. This has reminded me the importance of lead generation — actually talking with people in person or by phone — and not worrying about distractions.”


stories Shelley Rocha hit the ground running when she joined KWPE by enrolling in Ignite and in BOLD before closing her first transaction! “I was able to get reimbursed with the BOLD vouchers with my first 4 sales!” She was #20 in the office in April and capped before completing her first year with KWPE! “I believe in a positive mindset, coming from contribution, open houses, door knocking, treating each client like my ONLY client, and staying teachable.”

This is Ralph Ruiz’s second year in the Real Estate business. With a full time job, he doesn’t come into the office very often. We saw Ralph come in the other day and asked him about business. He was excited to tell me that business has expanding and he has 5 transactions in the works. One of them being a buyer with over a Million dollar budget! We asked him what he is doing differently than last year and he said Open Houses and he is reminding his friends and family that he is in Real Estate.
