藉由實際體驗後的經驗分享，以及配合訪談和使用者旅程圖 等設計方法來了解使用者的需求及可能發生的情況，以利對 台南觀光提出智慧城市旅遊的概念設計。 本次設計巧妙轉化台南旅遊在交通上的不便，將城市圓環作 為核心來相互連結，並以城市中的主要路線為輔，有效率地 提供觀光客獲得需要的服務和旅遊諮詢等。透過將圓環規模 分成大、中、小的三種服務站來提供服務，使遊客能夠在任 兩個服務站之間安心地進行觀光，也方便其規劃行程。
