Voices for Children

Since 1980, Voices for Children has recruited, trained, and supervised Court Appointed Special Advocates – CASA volunteers – to advocate for the rights and well-being of foster children. CASAs help clear a path for a child out of the complex, overburdened child welfare system and into a safe, permanent home. Voices for Children is the only agency in San Diego County and Riverside County designated by the courts to provide CASA volunteers.
