John Sass, broker owner of CENTURY 21 Cedarcrest Realty, Inc. believes that ongoing, in-house professional development and sales training are critical components to real estate success. To that end, he has brought Manuela “Mannie” Rodriguez to the Cedarcrest Realty team as its director of growth and career development. Mannie joined the brokerage in early September.

In her role, she recruits new real estate agents and oversees their training and professional development. Cedarcrest Realty has offices in Caldwell and Little Falls, which are overseen by broker associate Lynn De Luccia. The brokerage has added several new associates since Mannie came on board. “I’m looking forward to helping John bring renewed energy and excitement to our team, and discover motivated talent out there that wants to become part of the CENTURY 21® system,” she said. “I am very lucky to do what I am passionate about every day and lead our agents to success as a partner who motivates and provides the skills and support they need to run a successful and productive real estate business.”

Mannie has nearly 20 years of experience as a real estate agent, trainer, recruiter, and office manager, with prior experience in college admissions. She has developed coaching programs and one-on-one training for real estate agents, created programs to elevate performance standards and team productivity, and has a proven track record of increasing sales revenue and client acquisition. She plans to network at area chambers of commerce and other business associations as part of her business development activities.
