WELCOME Our family- friendly private club is conveniently located on the Gold Coast of Long Island within the Village of Sands Point, just minutes from the Long Island Expressway and 40 minutes by train from New York City. Built in 1916 by Isaac Guggenheim, with the rich ambiance of an Italian Renaissance style mansion, the Estate remains one of the finest and most impressive in New York. Formerly the IBM Country Club, the Village of Sands Point purchased the estate in 1994. Facing the Long Island Sound, the property covers approximately 210 acres of sprawling lawns and estate gardens. RACQUET SPORTS MEMBERSHIP Racquet Membership The Village Club offers 12 Tennis Courts and 5 Platform Courts with lessons available by USPTA Professional Staff. Our Racquet Facilities includes: 2 Hard and 10 Har-Tru Courts Extensive platform facilities that include 5 flood lit platform courts and clubhouse Pickleball Pro Shop with the latest gear and equipment Teams ranging from entry level to advance, along with competitions with other clubs allows for a social, inviting atmosphere with other members. POOL MEMBERSHIP Pool Membership Overlooking Hempstead Harbor, our newly renovated Pool House features brand new changing rooms, bar and cocktail area. With expanded food and beverage options, kids pool parties and adult only events, it is the summer social hub. To accommodate all members, we have a heated pool with fresh water. DINING AND EVENTS The Grille The Grille is the main social hub with many evening events. This includes, Wednesday Night BBQ’s that start in May; Thirsty Thursdays; live music Saturday nights in the Summer; and holiday BBQs for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day Weekend. The Grille is open from March to December and offers an extensive seasonal lunch and dinner menus with cuisines to satisfy a variety of tastes and appetites.

DINING AND EVENTS The Mansion This historical mansion was built by the esteemed Isaac Guggenheim in 1916. It features exquisite chandeliers with detailed ceilings and a grand, rustic staircase. The mansion offers 11 rooms and one suite for overnight accommodations for members and their guests to enjoy. We offer many events for the members including Bi-Weekly Sunday Brunch in the Spring and Fall, movie nights, monthly wine dinners to name but a few. FOOD AND BEVERAGE DINING MINIMUM All membership categories are subject to a dining minimum. For the period from January 1st through December 31st, ALL MEMBERS are required to spend $1,200 on Food and Beverage charges at the Pool, (if part of membership category), Grille or Mansion. The breakdown is as follows: January 1 – June 30, $400 July 1 – September 30, $400 October 1 – December 31, $400 Excluding service charge and taxes. At the end of each period Members will be billed for unused minimums.
