new adaptation of Animal Farm, the world-famous fable of revolution and its aftermath, is heading to Norwich Theatre Royal from 9 – 12 March. Reimagined by an awardwinning creative team, this George Orwell classic has been brought into the modern day for a dynamic and daring take on this timeless story. 11 and up, this hard-hitting story is adapted to not only engage, but identify with even the youngest of audience members. Animal Farm is directed by Robert Icke, whose version of 1984 co-adapted and directed with Duncan Macmillan was a smash-hit in the West End and on Broadway. It also features puppetry designed by Toby Olié, whose credits include War Horse, and set design by four-time Olivier award winner Bunny Christie.
