Hot and cold water: Hot water promotes blood flow, reduce pain and relax sore muscles while cold water reduces inflammation. Use separate basins of hot and cold water. Dip your feet for three to four minute in hot water, followed by a 30 to 60 second cold water. Alternating them to reduce pain, repeat it three to five times, ending with cold water.
Vinegar: Vinegar can help to get rid of foot pain caused by sprains or strains as it reduces inflammation. Fill a bucket with hot water and add two tablespoon of vinegar. You can also add small amount of salt if want. Now dip your feet in it for about 20 minutes.

peppermint oil: ďƒ˜ Fill a tub with hot lukewarm water and add 2 drops peppermint oil, along with four drops each of eucalyptus and rosemary oil. Stir them well and soak for 10 minutes.
