2nd Gulf Conference on Emirates Speech Language Pathology Society 1 and 2 March 2020 ADNEC This symposium will focus on the early intervention practice in speech-language pathology with special reference to this practice in the context of the Arab World. There will be two workshops that examine clinical practices in children with Downs Syndrome and those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and a variety of talks that focus on different disorders of communication and swallowing, such as cleft lip and palate, language impairment, feeding and stuttering. We will have two panel discussions. The first one will focus on early intervention in children with Down Syndrome and for the first time we will offer a panel discussion in Arabic.
