Noosa Boathouse Chef Shane Bailey started his hospitality career in country Victoria, before quickly moving to quintessential St Kilda restaurant, Donovan’s. Shane was a major contributor to the acclaimed Noosa International Food and Wine Festival for 8 years before joining the award winning Noosa Boathouse in 2013. Shane has a passion for local produce and is a huge supporter of sustainable local farmers and of all things Queensland.

Julie Tattam Australian Body Art Festival Julie Tattam, founder of Sydney’s Skincognito, is a multi-award winning body artist and theatrical/special effects makeup instructor. Julie is a judge at the national body painting awards in Melbourne and Queensland and is owner/ instructor at the ‘Global College of Body Art’. Julie is participating in this year’s Australian Body Art Festival, to be held in Noosa from 16-18 October.

Chef David Rayner Thomas Corner Eatery Chef David Rayner is recognised nationally as being one of the Australia’s top chefs and restaurateurs. He is also the QLD state judge of the Electrolux Young Chef of the Year awards. Since arriving in Noosa 15 year ago David has focussed on building strong relationships with local growers and producers and continues to support them with every menu he creates. David’s restaurant, Thomas Corner Eatery, overlooks the Noosa River.
