Add oils to a 10ml roller bottle and top up with fractionated coconut oil.

Use this roller when you ' re feeling overwhelmed and you need to get it together. There's nothing worse than being so overwhelmed that you mentally shut down and can't continue. This roller will help you to organise your mind and feel calm and collected so you ' re able to get back into a productive mode again.

WILD CARD

Add half the water, olive oil and vinegar to a 16 oz glass or metal spray bottle and shake well. 1.

Add the essential oils and shake well. 2.

Add the remainder of the water and shake well. 3.

Add the spray nozzle cap and shake well before each use. 4.

It's so simple to make, toxin free and it's filled with cleansing, calming oils that will help you be more productive and focussed. ¼ cup Sunflower Seed Butter

¼ cup Roasted Unsalted Sunflower Seeds

2 cups Rolled Oats

¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

2 tablespoons Stevia Syrup

¼ cup Freshly Brewed Peppermint Tea

2 drops Peppermint

Add all ingredients except 1 of the cups of oats to a food processor and blitz until you get a crumbly dough.

1. Add the final cup of oats and process until the new oats are well incorporated into the dough.

2. When the mixture is able to stick together, roll 12 balls of the mixture using your hands.

Store in the freezer until ready to eat. 4. 2

2 oz Gin

1 oz Grapefruit Juice

1 oz Simple Syrup

1 oz Sparkling Wine

Toothpick Swirl of Basil

Add the gin, grapefruit juice, simple syrup and Basil to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, then shake well until chilled and well mixed.

Pour into a tall glass and add the sparkling wine, stirring gently to combine.
