6 cups of sliced Granny
Smith Apples
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
¾ cup Sugar
¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
¼ cup Ground Nutmeg
Dash Salt
2 tablespoons Butter
2 Unbaked Pie Crusts
2 drops Cinnamon Bark
M e t h o d
Peel the apples, remove the cores and slice them Preheat the oven to 220 degrees celsius.
Prepare one unbaked pie crust by rolling and fitting it into a 9” pie dish.
Squeeze lemon juice over the apples and mix to prevent the apples from browning
Add sugar, flour, nutmeg, salt and Cinnamon Bark to the apples and toss to combine well
Pour the apple mixture into a prepared unbaked pie crust. Cut the butter into small pieces and place over the top of the apple mixture
Roll out the second unbaked pie crust and centre over the top of the pie Seal top and bottom crusts together around the edges.
Sprinkle the top of the pie with additional sugar if desired. Cut slits into the top of the pie to allow the steam to escape while cooking.
Bake for 40-50 minutes, until the pie is bubbling and the crust is golden brown. Protect the crusts of the pie with strips of tin foil to prevent them from over burning.
Allow the pie to cool completely before slicing, then serve with vanilla ice cream or custard.
You can't get any more American than Apple Pie! This is the perfect recipe to serve to your guests or hide and eat it all by yourself, because really, it's almost too good to share. We recommend 2 drops of oil but you can add more or less depending on your preference, so add a drop at a time and check if it's at the desired taste yet. If you do hide it and eat it all yourself we recommend using our Bye Bye Miss American Pie roller ball to help you recover!

This Texas Roadhouse Armadillo
Punch will pack quite a fruity punch of its own. This is a great punch for a 4th of July garden party. It’s exotic, fruity and hydrating, but be warned it tastes like fruit juice so you need to keep in mind that it has its own punch to it - don't be caught off guard! Best served over lots of ice and a slice of fresh pineapple to garnish.

This technique takes practice however if it ends up blended together just tell your guests that that's the BOOM part, as either way the cocktail tastes amazing. If you do master the layers they will last just long enough to show off your skills before it goes BOOM naturally and blends together. This cocktail is a wonderful mix of sweet and tart and will look amazing at any summer party.

Enough White Rice to fill the jar.
Red Food Colouring
Blue Food Colouring
A White Votive Candle
2 drops Cheer
1 drop Purify
2 drops Citrus Bliss
M e t h o d
Fill your glass jar with rice to find the exact amount of rice needed.
Spit the rice equally into 3 separate bowls. Add red food colouring into one bowl of rice and blue into another, then add the essential oils to the blue rice. Mix the rice until it's completely coated in the colouring and let it dry for at least 20 minutes. Pour the red rice into the bottom of your glass jar, followed by a layer of the plain rice and finally with the blue fragrant rice. Place your candle on top of the blue rice and gently push down into the rice. Change the candle as often as needed and add more oils when necessary.

These beautiful yet easy to make Red, White & Blue Votives can be used to decorate your party space both indoors or outdoors. They can also be used year after year, so just keep re-adding the oils when you feel the fragrance needs a little boost!
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7.135g Plain Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Caster Sugar
120ml Milk
1 Large Egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons melted butter, allowed to cool slightly plus extra for cooking
2 drops Lemon
Maple Syrup, to serve
M e t h o d
Sieve the flour, baking powder, salt and caster sugar into a large bowl. In a separate bowl lightly whisk together the milk, egg and Lemon, then whisk in the melted butter. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and, using a fork, beat until you have a smooth batter. Any lumps will soon disappear with a little mixing. Let the batter stand for a few minutes. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and add a knob of butter. When it’s melted, add a ladle of batter. It will seem very thick but this is how it should be. Wait until the top of the pancake begins to bubble, then turn it over and cook until both sides are golden brown and the pancake has risen to about 1 cm thick. Repeat until all the batter is used up. Keep the pancakes warm in the oven on a low heat. Serve with maple syrup.
2
Nothing says Independence Day like fluffy pancakes for breakfast with lashings of maple syrup! The Lemon oil gives a delicate lemon flavour that blends perfectly with the maple syrup topping, or simply sprinkled on with a little sugar. A great way to start your celebratory day!

Place back in the freezer until fully frozen.
Bring out your guests' playful streak as these are the perfect fruity treats to cool everyone down in true 4th of July style. Well, we ' re all kids at heart! You could make an adult only version by adding malibu or vodka to the middle layer mixed with your lemonade...
