For us the changing of the seasons is a good enough reason to crack open a bottle and celebrate and we love to do it with friends and family. This super easy recipe is perfect for any impromptu autumn gatherings! Just throw it all together and it's done! If you have a little extra time you can add sliced oranges and cinnamon sticks too. Just make sure you pour yourself a glass before it's all gone, because it's always a crowd pleaser. Fill a large punch bowl with ice and add all the ingredients. Gently stir to combine.2.

2 drops Wild Orange

Chopped Chives for garnish

2 cups yellow onions, chopped

3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter

Add stock, water, Ginger and Wild Orange. Bring to a simmer, cover and cook for around 20 minutes, until the carrots soften.

Warming Carrot & Ginger Soup

In a large pot melt the butter over a medium heat. Once the butter is melted add the carrots and onions, stirring occasionally until the onions soften and appear translucent, meanwhile sprinkling the salt in.

Place soup in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and add more salt if necessary.

As the temperatures drop, what's better than warm soup? We love to eat this warm, thick, nourishing soup on those cold autumn nights, with warm crusty bread and lashings of butter. Carrots offer so many health benefits that this immune boosting soup is perfect for helping to beat off those autumn colds and the Ginger gently supports healthy digestion too.

This is a fantastic sweet after dinner cocktail that screams autumn on every level. Nothing says fall quite like pumpkin and this version of a traditional Moscow Mule is perfect for those autumn gatherings!

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake together vodka, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, lime juice and Madagascar Vanilla. Pour in a glass filled with ice and top with spicy ginger beer. Garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice and enjoy!

This Autumn salad takes advantage of those sweet yet slightly tart apples that you find at this time of year... and when mixed with the salty bacon and creamy tangy feta, it's like a full flavour experience in your mouth! The apple cider dressing perfectly complements the bacon giving the ideal mix of sweet and savoury. You'll find yourself reaching for this autumn salad all year long!

1 cup Dried Cranberries

8 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled

4 oz crumbled Feta Cheese

1 drop Black Pepper

8 cups Crisp Green Leaf Lettuce

2 Medium Tart Red Apples, cored and diced

1 cup Chopped Toasted Pecans

Add all the dressing ingredients to a jar with a lid, seal and shake. This will last in the fridge for 2 3 days. Add all the salad ingredients to a large bowl, lightly drizzle the dressing over the top (add less than you think you need), and toss.

1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

Fig Dark & Stormy

This sweet, citrusy and warming cocktail is the perfect drink to cosy up with to welcome in the autumn and the colder nights looming. With fresh figs in season this is a great way to help get your ‘five a day’ in. Make the most of this delicious cocktail as fig season is short, giving you an even better excuse to drink this all September long!

In a cocktail shaker, combine the fig jam, dark rum and lemon juice and shake to combine. Stir in your toothpick of Thyme and shake again. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top up with ginger beer. Garnish with fresh figs. 1. 2. 3. 4.

1 Lemon, juiced

Honey Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Peel and cut sweet potatoes into bite sized pieces Add to a large bowl and season with salt

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees celsius. Line a baking tray with tin foil and set aside.

Your sweet potatoes will never be the same again after you ' ve tried these bites of what tastes like honey roasted gold! They are packed full of goodness and give you that warm feeling of fullness without the carbohydrate overload of normal potatoes. These are perfect to accompany any Sunday Roast and even better to share with friends!

2 tablespoons Butter, melted

Pour the honey lemon butter over the sweet potatoes. Toss well to make sure the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.

Transfer the sweet potatoes on to the baking tray and roast for 25 minutes. Check to see if they are fully cooked, adding additional time if needed.

Salt for seasoning

Add butter and olive oil to a small saucepan and simmer over a medium heat until the butter has melted. Add lemon juice, Lemon oil and honey and simmer on a low heat

Add the warm water in small amounts, mixing as you go. Knead it until smooth and stretchy. (If it's too dry add a little water, if it's too sticky add a little flour.)

This is a really fun activity to do with the kids to welcome in the autumn. Once they have dried, place around your home as passive diffusers and to add an autumn feel to your house. Add a few drops of Cinnamon Bark oil to them to refresh the fragrance or add a few drops of a complementary oil to adjust the scent as desired.

Roll out your dough to around 1cm thick and cut into leaf shapes. Place the finished leaves on a baking tray and dry in the oven at 120 degrees celsius for around 3 hours Check that they are hard. If they are still soft or doughy, then simply turn over and heat again. 2. 3. 4.

We love these shower steamers, as we love the benefits of essential oils but often don't have time for a bath. This blend of oils is very grounding and eases anxiety, which is perfect to set you up for a calm day or to help you relax after a long day. all ingredients together well. Scoop the mixture into silicone ice trays or small moulds. them dry for at least 24 hours before removing from the moulds. in an airtight container and add onto the floor of your shower for a revitalising shower.
