Add oils to a 10ml roller bottle and top up with fractionated coconut oil.

Well as much as we love sharing, we draw the line at infections and illnesses. Diffuse this blend after school to give everyone ’ s immune system a boost to help them stay fighting fit so there's no need for any missed days at school. You'll all get an A+ for attendance!

Tuna Sandwich Spread

1 can Tuna in Brine

½ small Onion

100g Soft Cream Cheese

1 drop Black Pepper

1 drop Lemon

Finely dice the onion and drain the brine from the tuna. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until in a creamy paste. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

This delicious spread can be used to make the best tuna sandwich ever! You'll be known as the best lunch maker by the whole school. It can also be used as a yummy dip for veggie sticks or as a baked potato filling for those nights when you don't have time to cook and need something quick and nutritious. It's a firm family favourite!

Long Island Iced Coffee

Ingredients

½ oz Baileys

½ oz Kahlua

½ oz Vodka

½ oz Rum

½ oz Tequila

2 oz Cold Brew Coffee

1 drop Madagascar Vanilla

1 cup Ice

Add all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until mixed well and the ice is thoroughly crushed. Pour in a tall glass & enjoy!

Forget coffee in the morning! Your kids have gone back to school, so you deserve something stronger! You did it, you survived the summer holidays! Life can go back to normal now, back in your daily routine but before it does you deserve a little treat for having the patience of a saint and not climbing in the cupboard with a bottle of tequila & some Lime oil. This is a super easy recipe! You've done enough this summer, so it's time for something quick with a kick. Hopefully it's still warm enough to enjoy this in the garden, so sit back, put your feet up, relax and enjoy! YOU SURVIVED!!!

No More Nit Spray

2 drops Clove

2 drops Tea Tree

2 drops Lavender

2 drops Geranium

A Squirt of Hair Conditioner

Add oils and conditioner to an 8oz glass spray bottle.

Top up with distilled water. Shake well before use.

Spray on hair and hats daily.

Prevention is better than cure as they say and we all know busy mums and dads have better things to do than comb out head lice and boil wash everything that's been touched. Use this No More Nits spray as a deterrent for head lice daily on the kids' hair before they go to school and on any hats or hair bands.
