LUXURIOUS LEMONGRASS DEODORANT 2 tablespoons beeswax beads 1 ¼ tablespoons Shea Butter 1 ¼ tablespoons Coconut Oil ½ tablespoon Bentonite Clay ½ tablespoon Baking Soda 12 drops Lemongrass 4 drops Wild Orange

1. In a double boiler, melt together the beeswax, coconut oil and shea butter and stir well. 2. Remove from the heat and pour into a glass container, whisk in the baking soda and clay. Do not let the clay touch anything metal as it can react negatively. 3. Let it cool for a few more minutes then stir in the oils. 4. Pour the mixture into a deodorant stick container. 5. Leave the cap off while the mixture dries then use it as a normal stick deodorant.

FINANCIAL PLANNING ENERGY BALLS

METHOD

1 cup thick Almond Butter ¼ cup Maple Syrup or Honey ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract ¼ cup Lemon Juice

2 cups Rolled Oats ½ cup dried Blueberries ¼ teaspoon Salt 6 drops Lemon

1. Add the honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, lemon juice and Lemon oil to a large mixing bowl and stir well until fully combined. 2. Add your oats, blueberries and salt to the mixture and stir until you have a consistent batter, adding more oats if your mixture is too sticky and runny. 3. Scoop out a small ball of mixture and roll in between your hands till it's compacted into an even ball. Repeat until all the mixture is finished. 4. Place in an airtight container in the fridge for at least an hour or till they are firm. 5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week.

RICH LEMONGRASS CHICKEN WITH SCALLION OIL

METHOD

2 pieces of Chicken Thigh & Leg deboned with the skin on 6 Cloves of Garlic chopped 2 stocks of Green Onion, separated white and green 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce

2 tablespoons Sugar 2 teaspoons Chili Flakes 1 teaspoon Salt 4 tablespoons Oil 1 drop Lemongrass

1. Marinate the chicken with garlic, Lemongrass, the white part of the green onion, fish sauce, sugar and chilli flakes and set aside for 1 hour. 2. In a hot pan, drizzle in oil and once the oil is hot add the chicken, skin side down first. Pan fry until fully cooked. 3. In a small bowl add the green part of the green onions and salt. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil and once the oil is hot pour over the green onions and quickly stir together. 4. Serve with rice or noodles and add the green onion oil as desired.

YOU'LL NEED

LAVENDER & SEA SALT IDEA COOKIES ¾ cup Unsalted Butter, at room temperature ¾ cup Light Brown Sugar ¼ cup Granulated Sugar 1 Egg, at room temperature 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract 2 cups All-Purpose Flour 2 teaspoons Cornstarch 1 teaspoon Baking Soda ½ teaspoon Salt 1 ½ cups Dark Chocolate Chips 1 drop Lavender Coarse Sea Salt for sprinkling

1. Add the butter, brown sugar, sugar and Lavender to a large bowl and beat using a hand mixer until light and fluffy. 2. Beat in the egg and vanilla, scraping down the sides as needed. 3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt then add it to the wet ingredients and beat on low until combined. 4. Add the chocolate chips and mix to combine evenly. 5. Cover the dough with cling film and place in the fridge for at least an hour. 6. Remove the dough from the fridge and allow it to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. 7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and line two large baking sheets with baking paper. 8. Roll the dough into about 1 inch balls using your hands and place on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart. 9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. 10. Immediately sprinkle with sea salt once removed from the oven before cooling. 11. Cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet then transfer the cookies to a cooling rack to cool completely. 12. Once cooled, store in an airtight container for up to a week.

LEMONGRASS MINT WISDOM TEA 4 Sprigs Mint Leaves 1L Water 1-2 tablespoons Brown Sugar or Honey Lime Wedge 1 drop Lemongrass

1. In a large pot add the mint leaves into the water and bring it to the boil. 2. Let it simmer and brew for 20 minutes. 3. Stir in the sugar / honey and Lemongrass and serve either warm or iced. 4. Squeeze in the lime just before serving.

¾ cup Vanilla Yoghurt ¾ cup Skimmed Milk 4 Mandarin Oranges ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract 2 drops Wild Orange 12-15 Ice Cubes

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Blend longer to break up the pulp from the oranges. 2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
