Letter from the Founder
Welcome to the new year of 2022. I am continuously praying for you, my sister. Many of us have made new year resolutions, but I wonder how many have begun new routines to accompany those goals, implementing alternatives that take us out of our comfort zone for the better. If you have or have not, I have a suggestion that might be something new and good for you. It is good news that you can use this year to combat opposition that may be lurking. After all, opposition can come upon us without notice and be present in various forms, tempting us to mess us up. This year, I want to challenge you to focus on God, stay your course, and read God’s Word daily!
It’s easy to dismiss mishaps or problems by saying, “That’s life; bad things happen.” Thankfully, scripture speaks to our battles, recognizing and pointing out that we are in a spiritual war and reminding us that we are not meant to fight alone. God is with us.

We must be on guard constantly, knowing there are spiritual forces trying to defeat us. These forces are trying to ruin your great intentions, the new resolutions you may have made this year, and the healthy routines you have started. Wherever you want to make changes for the better, you can be certain that struggle will be involved. Be on guard and be prepared. You need strength!
In this new season, I encourage you to align yourself with what God’s Word says regarding faith, your mental and physical life, food habits, or wherever you have resolved to better your life. Then, with God’s help, you can overcome anything that comes against you. Put on the whole armor of God, as He instructs in Ephesians.
“Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God.” And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.” (Ephesians 6:11- 18 NIV)
This year, may you access that power and protection which God’s Word tells you to be conscious of daily. It is all in the armor. It will equip you and give you knowledge, instruction, and ever-increasing faith. By praying and putting on the full armor of God, you will not face your battles alone. Instead, God will equip you as His Princess warrior, strong and empowered in faith. With this gear in place upon yourself, you will be ready to face this new year, new season, and stand strong against whatever comes to detour you from your resolve.
