Is it time to let go? To be released into the freedom that is waiting for you? What is holding you back? Is it the past? Is it the fear, the worry, the uncertainty?

God showed me this vision of a beautiful dawning of a new day, a new year, a new season. The balloon was on its own path of freedom, embracing the heavenlies, embracing the unknown with joy. (Pink is Joy.) You can smell the perfume of peace surrounding this explosion of life, a newness of freshness. The thunderous clouds are the uncertainty, but God’s sovereignty rains down. Can you see the downpour behind the balloon? Subtle, but He is there. Always. The colours of the clouds express His strength, royalty, and warmth of His blessings as His glory shines through. The landscape is gentle and peaceful, like a flowing river. The fields of poppies are a reminder of His blood that washes away our fears. The poppies in the foreground are prominent, just like His presence in our lives. All we need to do is open our eyes and see. The dewdrops are His tears of compassion as He lovingly carries us away, tucked under His loving wings.
I asked God, Why poppies? Poppies represent remembrance and hope for the future, a regeneration of our circumstances. We can’t forget the past, and we shouldn’t - because our past contains all the miracles that God has mercifully shown us. Through our memories, we step into the future with a hope and faith for what God has for us. Are you willing to step into God’s open invitation and fly?
As you let go and soar higher with His presence, you look down from the balloon and see the love that He has washed over your life and your family. Know that He has always got you - loved and protected. Don’t be afraid to embrace that burst of His love. Like a burst of fire, go higher with Him and feel His sanctified freedom and love. Like the poppy that opens its petals and bends in the wind, be open to His direction and bend with His whisperings. And in the midst of it all, breathe in His peace.
John 14:27 (TPT) “I leave the gift of peace with you—my peace. Not the kind of fragile peace given by the world, but my perfect peace. Don’t yield to fear or be troubled in your hearts— instead, be courageous!”
