As usual we have a lot of activity on the social calendar. 60 Years of the Transporter Cavalcade One vehicle from each year of production will be selected for the DOTVW 09 cavalcade and display. Vehicles will be selected to best represent the range of features and body configurations available across the various production eras. Nominations are open to vehicles in all states of repair including original, restored, modified, works in progress or “as found” condition. The choice of the vehicles for the display will be at the discretion of the DOTVW committee. Nominees must be current financial members of the Volkswagen Club of Victoria to be eligible and members may nominate more than one vehicle. All selected entrants will receive a specially minted 60th Anniversary of the Kombi car badge. Vehicles to be judged for DOTVW show categories are also eligible to enter for this display.
