The signature sauces include Mild (traditional red), Medium (a green sauce), Hot (with chile de arbol), Extreme (a combination of peppers) and “Too Hot for Tia” (combination of pepper plus fiery ghost peppers), all made in-house for our customers. During the last six years, we’ve seen many changes to Tia Cori’s Tacos located at 214 North Beach Street in historic Daytona Beach. Listening to the voice of the customer we expanded the original location, added more tables and created an outdoor courtyard. ella Ryan’s Deli - Chef, Owner Ashlee Dzubella always dreamed of owning her own restaurant. Even as a child, she helped her mother bake in the kitchen as her mother was a baker by trade. Her Grandmother worked at a Fisher Price toy factory and supplied Ashlee with all of the children’s kitchen equipment she could ask for. At age 15, she worked at a restaurant named “Hoagie Brothers” in Buffalo. With dedication and hard work she became a manager. At age 19, she worked at a food purveyor operation that prepared food for cafeterias named AVI as a manager. She continued to work hard at making her dream come true. She grew up in Buffalo, New York and graduated Culinary School there. She decided to move to Port Orange to be close to family here. She continued her education at Daytona State College earning degrees in Business Management and Accounting. She was equipping herself with the knowledge and tools of the trade. This year she made her dream come to fruition opening Bella Ryan’s Deli in Port Orange. Growing up in Buffalo, there was a large Polish population there, so she was very fond of their food and culture. When she came to Florida, she couldn’t find any of the delicious food she grew up with and found that there were many people from Buffalo and New York in general, that loved Polish food. She decided to use her Grandmother’s recipes and create a menu that had Pierogies and regional foods like Beef on a Weck. That is a thinly sliced pile of tender roast beef on a Kimmelweck roll. A Kimmelweck roll is a hard roll similar to a crusty Kaiser roll, sprinkled with

1966 State Road 44, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169 Beach Town Grill is now Zsa zsa’s Beach Town Grill. David Brown and Dawn Kelly first started Beach Town several years ago. Zsa zsa was there from the beginning. She always knew someday she would own a restaurant and when David announced to her he was selling the restaurant, this was her chance. Zsa zsa has been in the business since the 80’s and has worked at several local restaurants before coming to Beach Town. She is well versed in the business, and knows every aspect of running a restaurant. She acquired Beach Town April 1st. You may know her from Pappas Drive In, Pizza Hut, JB’s, Manny’s , Beef O’Brady’s and now of course Zsa Zsa’s. She has a very skilled kitchen team with Chef’s Andy and Ians heading up the kitchen duties. She also has a wonderful wait staff to insure your visit is a pleasant one. The menu is very diverse, you can experience flavors from around the world or traditional Americana. On the menu you will find fresh salads like Asian Chicken Salad, grilled sesame ginger chicken with mandarin oranges, sliced almonds and crunchy noodles, and served over shredded cabbage with a toasted sesame ginger dressing. This is a delightful treat on a hot summer day. Love Cajun cuisine? Try their Louisiana Shrimp Po’ boy, golden fried shrimp stuffed into a Frenchstyle Po’ boy sub roll with lettuce, tomato, pickles and a spicy Creole mayonnaise. This is delicious! Another Naw’lins treat is a sandwich that you won’t find in these parts of the country. Once you try it, you will be coming back for more. It is their giant New Orleans Muffuletta. This behemoth of a sandwich is piled high with tasty ham, salami, provolone cheese and topped with a traditional olive spread on top of authentic Louisiana Muffuletta bread, it’s fantastic! The bread and olive spread is shipped in overnight from a renowned New Orleans bakery in New Orleans. Another Cajun inspired offering is their Voodoo Burger. They start with a half-pound of their Cajun seasoned lean ground sirloin blend, cook it to perfection, and top it with caramelized onions and fried jalapenos. You will want a cold drink with this one, but man is it full of flavor! In the mood for something tropical? Try their fantastic Mahi Fish Tacos with homemade mango
