Anthony, Angie and Chef Mark wish to thank all of the patrons that frequent Fusion 43 for the almost overwhelming success they have enjoyed. They invite everyone who wants a great place to dine, enjoy delicious, eclectic menu items in a laid back, beautifully nostalgic atmosphere, to stop in and experience casual fine dining. The unique atmosphere takes place in a 1920’s Gatsby themed restaurant with different dining areas. The Rose Villa building in Ormond Beach has been a landmark for many generations. It has been painstakingly restored to become a soon to be famous dining destination in central Florida. This is a fun place to dine or just enjoy drinks and conversation with other guests. There are many things going on within the building from the handmade, period correct wallpaper, to themed rooms and warm dark wood appointments. The dining areas each have different themes and functions. Upstairs is a banquet / party theme room perfect for large groups, business functions, game day parties and celebrations of any kind. This room is complete with a hideaway 60-inch monitor that is internet ready, complete with Skype style cameras for video conference calls. Tokyo Japanese Steak House and Sushi Bar is a locals favorite for Sushi and Hibachi dinners as well as a traditional menu. The Sushi is absolutely the finest in the area. They have been awarded many times by different associations. There are too many Sushi selections to list and have been rated Five Star. The Hibachi is top quality, not like some of the chain restaurants featuring Hibachi. They only use the highest quality beef, chicken, seafood and vegetables available. Tokyo opened its doors September 2007 with expectations of being one of the areas finest Japanese Steak Houses. They have accomplished that. Owner Tora Ngugen has orchestrated a wonderful, entertaining and delectable restaurant with atmosphere, entertaining Hibachi Chefs and Sushi Chefs. Tokyo offers a vast menu that will suite any taste. Jim wanted to offer mainland and beach goers a new and better alternative to dining on the beach. Mango Sun Beachside is open seven days a week 7 am to 2:30 pm and offers breakfast and lunch anytime of the day. Everything they offer on the menu is available from open to close. The main dining area is very warm and welcoming with a large outdoor seating area. Then you have Mango’s Drunken Parrot Tiki Bar on the Ocean. The Tiki Bar is a full liquor bar that you can have any menu item served to you from the restaurant. Mango’s Drunken Parrot Tiki Bar opens at 11:00 am daily. There are outdoor heaters and a fully enclosed bar area. There are special events at the Tiki Bar, like their famous Oyster Roasts and Barbeques. They also have live entertainment during special events. Mango Sun Beachside is located at the famous Perry’s Resort in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. Perry’s opened it’s doors in 1941 by the Perry family. They have held that family feeling for tourists and beach goers through many generations of guests and Mango Sun carries on that long tradition. Mango Sun has catering on site and off premise for any type of party, celebration, business function or even family reunions. In fact, if you book a function or party at Mango Sun, you will receive a discounted room rate to stay at Perry’s Resort. Mango Sun’s Banquet Room and Restaurant is available after hours for your event or party. They can seat up to 70 people either dining room. Jim is no stranger to the
restaurant business. He has held every position in the industry and is a veteran restaurateur for over 25 years. The expansive menu consists of everything from Eggs Benedict to Wings and Wraps. The Angus Burgers are outstanding, Every item is made fresh to order or made fresh daily. Their award winning Clam Chowder is a meal by itself. With all items made fresh to order, they accommodate almost any dietary need. They even bake their very own pretzel rolls in their kitchen. You have to try their baked goods, they are delightful and all made fresh daily. If you’re eating in the main dining room and desire an adult libation, you can choose anything from their homemade Bloody Mary’s to your favorite Cocktail. They even make their own delicious Bloody Mary Mix from scratch. Both the Tiki Bar and the main restaurant have multiple TV’s so you can enjoy your favorite sporting events while dining.
