As current occupants of Collins Square, we have enjoyed a positive and collaborative (near) seven-year relationship with BDO. We understand that BDO is an organisation that prefers an activated and agile environment for its purpose-driven team, as well as requiring a building management team that is responsive, reliable and personable.
In the proposal to follow, we offer a compelling opportunity for BDO to remain within the Collins Square precinct whilst enjoying the benefits of new office accommodation that can be designed to suit their exacting needs. All of which will be delivered with the support of a committed and familiar management team who understand BDO’s business goals.

As an existing tenant within Collins Square, BDO will be familiar with the benefits of our world class commercial mixed-use precinct. A City Within a City, Collins Square is a place that seamlessly integrates commercial, retail and public spaces into a single energised precinct. Walker can provide contiguous floors to BDO to accommodate the current size range of 4,000 m2 to 5,500 m2. For the purpose of this response, we have nominated the above floors and would be pleased to discuss the final floor(s) upon BDO finalising their space planning.

Walker can meet BDO’s timing requirement with a lease commencement date in December 2026.

Tenancy Condition
The Premises will be delivered as a non-fitted, warm shell. Walker can assist with providing an indicative layout that accommodates BDO’s fitout requirements, and in doing so, deliver a brand-new fitout that maximises the design specifications. If an end-to-end solution is BDO’s preference, turnkey fitouts can be undertaken using Walker’s Guaranteed Maximum Price Fitout Model, which ensures no cost or delivery risk to the tenant.
Walker’s inhouse project management team offer this service at no additional cost.
Building Signage Tower 1 building signage can be provided to BDO at a commencing licence fee of $35,000 per annum, per sign.

Through regular engagement with the precinct community, our team take consistent pulse checks of occupant satisfaction, to ensure our service delivery exceeds expectations. The last major precinct survey in 2022 articulates the high engagement BDO staff have with the Collins Square precinct.
