Parramatta Square will support an Integrated Systems Platform to deliver innovation that can adapt and support the changing needs of today’s Smart Buildings into the future. This highly capable platform allows connectivity between various Base Building systems and allows connection to the tenants chosen technology services.

The tenants chosen technology services that can leverage from the base building Integrated Systems Platform and subject to the tenant’s requirements and needs may include:

Mobile is today’s go-to technology offering convenience and portability, and is a logical step in the evolution of access control.

Meet the Need for Mobility and Desire for Convenience HID Global is leading innovation with its awardwinning HID Mobile AccessŽ solution that enables organizations to answer end-user demand for convenience and facility and IT demands for security. Extending access control functionality to mobile devices allows end-users to securely and conveniently access the workplace using their smart device, from the parking gate to the door, to the network and more.

HID Mobile Access supports the widest variety of mobile devices in the industry today. You can define the mobile experience that is right for your organization, from employing a pure mobile solution or integrating mobile into an existing card-based access control system. Walker will be providing Bluetooth access to Parramatta Square.


Tenant Technology Services The Walker Smart Building system includes control for tenant comfort, energy management, metering, alarms, security and business continuity systems. Tenant engagement initiatives including the Wellness Club and Passport plus app are part of the base offering. The tenant chosen technology enhancements listed here are available to tenants as add-ons.

This is made possible through the Smart Connector API (application programming interface) framework which simplifies integrations with third-party systems. In summary, the smart building has been future proofed to enable integration with emerging technologies and applications as they become available.

Passport App The Walker approach to the tenant experience is to deliver enhanced convenience to make occupants week days more productive and rewarding. Delivering on this mission, Walker have elevated the user experience at Parramatta Square with the release of a custom mobile app. The Parramatta Square Passport app has been developed to enhance and simplify the user experience within the precinct and a provide whole new level of convenience with easy to access features, such as: •

Concierge services
