Amy Forehand, founder of The Forehand Company, is a leadership consultant and coach with 20 years of experience guiding change and strengthening talent outcomes. Committed to growing “employeeship”—employee responsibility, loyalty and initiative—Forehand creates stronger partnerships between employees and their leaders. During her tenure at a Fortune 500 company as director of Workforce Strategy, Forehand led efforts resulting in three consecutive year-over-year, record-breaking increases in employee engagement. She increased high potential talent development program outcomes by 200% and partnered with senior leadership to craft and adopt cultural values and beliefs to ready the company for the future. As a result, Forehand founded a workforce analytics function to improve the quantitative insights needed for leaders to make informed workforce decisions for the future. In addition to her experience, Forehand also brings a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and MBA in Organizational Management and Strategy from the University of Michigan.
