Ever wanted a body-­‐like-­‐that? Now don't stare. Stop it!! This mom of 2, Amber “BAM” Bridges, wondered if "there was life out there”... remember Reba McIntyre's song? On 2/5/10, BAM (her coveted "stage name") committed herself to a rigorous fitness schedule with the sole intent of competing in a local fitness show on July 24th. Swinging those tanned hips while strutting in clear Barbie sandals, BAM accepted AZ NPC Figure Class B *1st Place*. Then, after 3 more championships, she was stopped repeatedly and asked: “How do I get a body-­‐like-­‐that?” Teaming up with yet another BAM body advocate, Toby Tibbet, Amber founded BAM Body, LLC, to offer comprehensive fitness, diet and lifestyle management services.

“Everything from fitness training sessions with certified personal trainers, nutritional counseling and meal planning with our certified nutritionists, competition coaching, social/industry networking, personal professional photography to showcase your progression-­‐-­‐ before & after shots, and monthly "themed" BAM FAM group shots,” Amber explains. As you can imagine, their biggest hurdle was getting the word out. Where did they turn? delivered every bit of what her members are wanting and mostly for FREE. For example, every week, they create content for their Editorial Calendar, such as THE DAILY WORKOUT (complete with activity type, sets and reps), paired with daily JAM themes (exact song titles to get you through the workout), and occasional promotions (photography at a fraction of retail but high WOW or her clothing line on sale).
