editor page It is a strange summer we are having, apart from the climate changes it would seem that the UK is changing the business climate too. Their ridiculous behaviour is causing great uncertainty all over Europe. The leave vote was obtained by cheating but the clowns still persists with the false result. While the larger businesses are running away from the UK to move to the EU, while the pound keeps losing value, the gaffe continues undeterred. I am sure this is contributing to some successful businesses in Andalucía to pull in their horns or to shut down. We have noticed this with some of our advertisers and we are particularly surprised and sorry to see that Kokomo closed down. Fortunately we are in the EU and EU companies are taking their place.

Did you know that..? 'Self-made' fortunes dominate new rich list. Self-made fortune has triumphed over old money, as 94% of those in its annual rich list are revealed to be self-made entrepreneurs. This forms a contrast to the first rich list in 1989, when just 43% of the entries had made their money themselves. Jim Ratcliffe, who once lived in a council house near Manchester, is now the richest person in the UK. The Sunday Times Amazon file patent to allow Alexa to snoop. Amazon’s Alexa is set to get "a lot nosier", reports The Times, as plans are developed for the digital assistant to eavesdrop on conversations and "whisper" shopping suggestions. The online retailer has filed a US patent for a "voice-sniffing" system that would analyse conversations where users had not actively chosen to talk to their digital assistant, in order to recommend products. The Independent Wimbledon increases prize money. The total prize pot for this year’s Wimbledon tennis tournament is £34m, a rise of 7.6% from last year. The figure includes prize money of £2.25m each for the men’s and women’s winners – up from the £2.2m they got in 2017. Daily Telegraph Zuckerberg's mea culpa. Is drinking wine good or bad for you? Bon viveurs have been left reeling by reports that drinking ten glasses of wine a week can shorten life expectancy by two years. Or to put it another way, you lose “15 minutes of life for each unit above the safe amount, the equivalent of smoking a cigarette”. Daily Telegraph A drink a day ‘can shorten life’, study finds. One alcoholic drink a day can shorten the drinker’s life, according to researchers at the University of Cambridge. Analysis of 60,000 people found five to ten drinks a week are likely to shorten life by up to six months. People who drink 18 or more alcoholic drinks a week live six months less, on average, than those who do not drink, the study found. The Independent The bottom line. WHAT'S NEWS
Smartphones Dumb You Down Extract from article By John C. Dvorak
Did you know the smartphone affects your brain power, literally? This is a good one. Researchers at the University of Texas at Austin found that the presence of your mobile phone in the room with you is all it takes to crater your overall brain power. This means you are being dumbed down in real time. They conducted experiments with nearly 800 people and found that smartphones affect two forms of cognition: working memory capacity (the ability to remember shortterm information, among other things) and fluid intelligence (the ability to reason and solve novel problems). Both were dependent on the location of the phone itself. You are maximally dumbed down when your phone is out, whether turned on or off. You are dumbed down slightly less if your phone is in a pocket or purse but dumbed down nevertheless. And you are the smartest when your phone is in another room or inaccessible.
So this entire discovery brings up a fascinating negotiating strategy. If you have a sales meeting, for example, get the target to put their phone on the desk so they can see it. They will be weakened by its presence in real time. You might note a couple of items explored in the study might be worth discussing with a sales client. My favourite part is that some people experience phantom vibration syndrome, the feeling that their phone is vibrating even though it is not. Most people I've talked to have them. If they do, it could give you a confidence boost with your sales pitch knowing you have a real chance of success. This line of inquiry is going to be the tip of the iceberg regarding the day-to-day effects and consequences of these nearly ubiquitous devices. Hopefully more researchers will get on board and take a closer look at these society-changing devices. Apparently, they change more than society. They change people, too.

PROPERTY INVESTMENT
An increase in demand for properties on the Costa del Sol The property market on the Costa del Sol is recovering faster than predicted, most of the repossessed stocks have been sold and the new building sector is gaining pace, a clear indication of things to come. While the demand is greater in Marbella, however, as prices rise, the expansion is flowing into neighbouring Estepona and Manilva. There even starts to be a shortage of certain types of property in the most soughtafter spots, however there is a definite difference in building styles and demand. The tendency is quality with more space as opposed to the frantic quantity and ultrasmall apartments that were being built prior to the recession through pure and simple greed, one of the causes for the bubble to burst. Many of these quality improvements are noted by the number of renovations to existing buildings in order to meet the new trend. It is obvious that the element of future investment is now playing a big part.
12
www.webexpressguide.com
While Brexit seems to have increased the demand of quality UK property buyers on the Costa del Sol for investment as well as residence purposes, the demand from a number of different other nationalities has also increased for similar reasons. Spain of course is one of the safest locations for property investments, we have seen what happened before with Turkey and the rest. Now that we are set for a period of gradual growth, the sooner one enters the market the greater would be the investment in time. One way to maximise one’s investment is to build your own but to do so it is essential to employ a professional, established firm to look after your interests such as MATECNO S.L. and guarantee that the job is done correctly within a pre-set budget and time and within the legal frame. What is even more encouraging to support this growth is the fact that tourism on the Costa del Sol is also on the increase with a greater variety of nationalities. While the climate may well be one of the major contributors to this demand, it would seem that many of the other favourite holiday destinations have provoked feelings of insecurity both political as well as natural through floods, earthquakes and so on.

WHAT'S NEWS OPINION
Tango & Milonga Tango is a partner dance which originated in the 1880s along the River Plate, the natural border between Argentina and Uruguay.
The tango was frequently practiced in the brothels and bars of ports, where business owners employed bands to entertain their patrons, from there, tango then spread to the rest of the world. 14
www.webexpressguide.com
There are many variations of this dance currently around the world. It consists of a variety of styles that developed in different regions and eras of Argentina as well as in other locations around the
world. The dance developed in response to many cultural elements, such as the crowding of the venue and even the fashions in clothing.
WHAT'S NEWS
The styles are mostly danced in either open embrace, where lead and follow have space between their bodies, or close embrace, where the lead and follow connect either chestto-chest (Argentine tango) or in the upper thigh, hip area (American and International tango) The Milonga style is characterized by a very close embrace, small steps, and syncopated rhythmic footwork on the style of the crowded downtown clubs of the 1950s. In contrast, the tango that originated in the family clubs of the suburban neighbourhoods emphasizes long elegant steps, and complex figures. In this case the embrace may be allowed to open briefly, to permit execution of the complex footwork. The complex figures of this style became the basis for a theatrical performance style of tango seen in the touring stage shows. For stage purposes, the embrace is often open, and the complex footwork is augmented with gymnastic lifts, kicks, and drops. A newer style sometimes called tango nuevo or "new tango", has been popularized in recent years by a younger generation of dancers. The embrace is often quite open and very elastic, permitting the leader to lead a large variety of very complex figures.
This style is often associated with those who enjoy dancing to jazz- and techno-tinged "alternative tango" music, in addition to traditional tango compositions. Up to 15 years ago, here in Andalucía, the home of Flamenco, tango was an unknown entity an it’s only 10 years ago that it started to get gradually known. Gaining ground in the land of Flamenco was not easy, however now it has become very popular indeed, probably due to the increasing number of foreign visitors and residents to the Costa. The last few years have seen a much greater number of South American people coming to settle in Andalucía with the result that a number of tango schools and shows have increased its popularity to the point that it is possible to practise this rather attractive and erotic dance in various ballrooms and locales all over Andalucía. Here in Estepona, you can learn the art of tango at the school conducted by Graciela Heredia, a well-known professional tango dancer who has also given various shows in theatres on the Costa. PRET A PORTER: KIDS
Some tips about dressing children
1.
Pants Are Not Optional. This one is so important, I have to initial-capitalize it. Sure, this seems like it's obvious, but it needs to be said.
2.
Try to have your shoes on the correct feet. Crocs can be confusing, looking like rubbery boats. If you look very, very closely, you will see that there actually is a left and a right Croc. I promise that it will be more comfortable if your shoes are on the correct feet.
3.
Those camisole things are not shirts. My rule is that if it's worn as underwear, it is underwear, and must, therefore, be worn underneath something else. This is not negotiable.
4.
Hand-me-downs are like wearing a hug from your sister all day. Or from your cousin. Or from my high school friend's daughter, who you've never met. Or from the nice children who outgrew their clothing. When you wear a hand-me-down, you get a little bit of your older cousin’s coolness infused into you.
28
www.webexpressguide.com
5.
Elastic-waist pants are your friend. I have no idea why any children's clothing would need anything else. Frankly, I don't have the time to mess with buttons and zippers, but somehow, grown-up pants seem to always have them.
6.
Children need to make their own fashion choices. In my house, they are free to choose from any of the clothing I have bought, paid for, washed, and put in their drawers. Also, sometimes those choices have consequences. For example, any clothing that shows excessive skin will require ungodly amounts of sunblock
7.
It's okay to take fashion risks. The nice thing about those fashion risks, though, is that you usually only chance it once
8.
How likely are you to fall? "Are you wearing anything that is going to make you trip?" Flip-flops are not allowed (except for on the pool deck) ne, Obviously if it trails on the floor, you'll probably fall, and that's not funny.

HEALTH
Symptoms of Gastric Reflux and its possible treatments Dr.Víctor Aguilar Urbano explains gastric reflux and the possible treatments at HC Marbella International Hospital
What are the most common causes of gastric reflux? Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) occurs when the contents of the stomach rise to the esophagus causing annoying symptoms. Patients often have hiatus hernia, but it can also occur due to an increase in abdominal pressure or weakness of the lower esophageal sphincter.
And the most characteristic symptoms of GERD? Patients with GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) may Dr.Victor Aguilar Urbano have greater or lesser distressing symptoms and may or Specialist in Digestive System may not have complications. This variability depends on factors such as the duration of GERD episodes, the volume and aggressiveness (greater or lesser acidity) of the refluxed material, the contact time of this material with the esophagus, the sensitivity of each person to the acid stimulus, etc. The most frequent symptoms are heartburn (sensation of heartburn or retrosternal burning), food regurgitation and chest pain, and among the complications are to be included erosive esophagitis, esophageal stricture, Barrett’s esophagus and laryngitis.

HEALTH
Risk factors for the development of reflux? Poor diet, eating too fast, not chewing well, being overweight, pregnancy, taking multiple medications are factors that can increase the risk of developing GERD.
What possible treatments exist in HC Marbella and when are they indicated? Changes in eating habits and taking medication, sometimes are not enough to control the GERD or there are complications to be treated. •
HALO technique: is indicated when Barrett’s esophagus appears, especially when there is dysplasia. It is considered a premalignant lesion that can evolve into esophageal cancer.
•
STRETTA technique: is indicated when there are symptoms of reflux despite taking the medication correctly. It involves a controlled burn in the lower esophageal sphincter to increase its strength (through the appearance of fibrosis) and thus prevent the acid from rising from the stomach.
•
MUSE SYSTEM: It is an alternative to surgical fundoplication and it is done using ECHELON FLEX™ ENDOPATH® Staplers, which are designed to carry out a Lower Fundoplication without external incisions, to achieve a long-term treatment for GERD.

SUNSTROKE Sunstroke is a serious condition and should not be taken lightly, it happens if the body is exposed to hot temperatures for prolonged periods of time, causing body temperature to rise to 40+C.You cannot always work out that you have it on your own, and it can be fatal. If you suspect someone has sunstroke seeking immediate medical help.
SIGNS & SYMPTOMS
PREVENTION
HELPING SOMEONE WITH SUNSTROKE Avoid medications. Don’t give the person anything by mouth if he is vomiting or unconscious. Anything that enters the person’s mouth could become a choking hazard. Cool the person down. Remove all clothing and get the person into a cool bath, shower, stream, or pond if possible. Help the person remove any extra clothing (hat, shoes, socks) to aid in the cooling process. Do not rub the person’s body with alcohol Replenish fluids and electrolytes. Have the person sip salty water to counteract both dehydration and the loss of salts through sweating. 32
www.webexpressguide.com
Help the person stay calm. When the patient stays calm, minimize their agitation by having them breathe deeply. Massage the person's muscles gently. Lay the person down. One of the most prominent effects of sunstroke is fainting. Protect against fainting by laying the person down. CELEBRITIES OPINION
About 25 years ago, Leonardo DiCaprio was just a kid actor making his way through sitcoms, today he is one of the highest paid actors in the world. “The Wolf of Wall Street” is said to have earned him ~25 million 2015. On winning of the Academy Award as best actor in 2016 for Iñarritu’s survival tale he is said to have taken home some $27 million.
HOLLYWOOD
NEWS Many child actors have disappeared due to tragedies, self-indulgence and so on and some may still follow suit. However, some, on the other hand, have been able to turn 34

an auspicious Hollywood beginning into a legitimate and long-lasting career amassing fortunes on their way. Millions! See some who made it.
Even though he's been a bit of a pain in the butt for much of the last 10 years, the world apparently can't get enough of singer Justin Bieber. By age 22, reports circulated that his net worth was upwards of $200 million. Not too bad, right?
Then we have Harry Potter, or shall we say, Daniel Radcliffe, a boy actor who seemingly is not able to shed his image as Harry Potter while collecting some 110 million, despite playing different, more mature roles in “Equus” and “Swiss Army Man” for much lesser moneys. Still no matter he is certainly made for life without having to work another day.
According to Forbes, from June 1, 2016 to June 1, 2017, Emma Watson made a staggering $14 million thanks to pay cheques from the live-action remake of Beauty and the Beast (2017) and fees from The Circle (2017). That's a lot of scratch, although it pales in comparison to what she raked in playing a child wizard in the Harry Potter series. Her part in Harry Potter is reported to have contributed $60 million to her collection.
Brooke Shields starting as a young model at the age of 12, her role as a child prostitute in director Louis Malle's Pretty Baby (1978) was her launching pad. It is said that she earned some $500,000 in the early 80’s. It is estimated that she has managed to make an estimated $25 million from from her career as a model and actress. www.webexpressguide.com

MY OPINION
So, what is happening to the Costa del Sol? I moved to the Costa del Sol some 25 years ago as the U.K. had become part of the EU I simply had had enough of England and the E.U. presented a great opportunity to start a new life in a better climate and a better place for my children to grow up. I was not wrong, but I did have to learn the language and learn about the Costa del Sol, which became one of the most popular places for U.K. citizens for holidays, to move to or retire. I soon found out that this pioneering idea in reality was not as easy as it first seemed when it came to finding a way to make a living. The law, the customs, the procedures and so
36
www.webexpressguide.com
on had to be learned as well as the language and how to avoid the scams. Still I found it acceptable to have to work hard to make a living but then the compensation provided by the mild climate, the proximity to the sea, the Mediterranean food, the leisure time all made it worth the effort. Especially (in those days) the peace of mind knowing that we lived in a place where my young children were safe from predators. After so many years here, just as I was starting to feel comfortable and looking forward to my retirement, suddenly things changed. It

government, despite the fact that the pound went down, the main insurance and banking companies are leaving the U.K. to move to Brussels, despite the fact that Britain is losing valuable export sales, and what is worst despite the fact that it is quite obvious even to myself that it is in the interests of the United States to dismember the E.U. I think this is the reason why Boris Johnson and Lafarge are Donald Trump’s pets. all started with BREXIT. Some effing bunch of idiots in the UK decided to lie about the E.U., launched a referendum for which myself and others like me were not allowed to vote and managed to get a very marginal “leave” opinion. I am no politician but it seems obvious that the “leave” decision was taken for the personal benefit of a few in the present
I do not understand why we are allowing this to happen, because it also suits China and Russia to do away with a united Europe, a force to contend with. Politicians are elected to

UK to hold 'biggest protest ever' against Donald Trump May 29,2017 look after the best interests of the nation that elected them and should do what is best for the nation. Unfortunately this is not the case when you see them persist with policies that are contrary to these interests with brazen lies and false promises, while assuming that the people are idiots. Of course, these are not the only factors that affect us here in Andalucia. We have the African invasion of Europe to deal with and the strain they are putting on our common resources that tax payers are paying for. A problem originally created by Germany, but finally Italy has given an example on how to solve it. Not easy when so many E.U. politicians are plainly corrupt while openly lining their pockets. Not easy when the U.K. breaks up Europe and Catalunia wants to split Spain and Scotland split The U.K. 38

Of course, there are other factors at play, but then I do not have enough space to write a book. I think there is a country somewhere, not sure if it is China, where politicians caught for malpractice are executed in public. I my opinion Donald Trump is not welcome in Europe and he should mind his own business; the UK does not need trade deals with him or any other non-European country. As a whole Europe should ban all imports from China because they are getting fat by destroying our economy. The number of British citizens on the Costa may have been reduced by these and other factors but it is certain that the number of other nationalities coming to Andalucia has increased. I just have to start practicing on my Italian, my French and possibly learn to communicate in German. Mind you they all speak Spanish anyway.

THE BEST CONSUMERS’ MARKET ON THE COSTA is the middle represented by high level consumers who need to know you
To be known on the Costa you need to advertise your message all the time because PEOPLE COME AND PEOPLE GO CONSTANTLY Too many social media pages with announcements of short duration are time consuming for limited exposure.
Unless you can afford to advertise on National Radio and Television Channels your audience is limited to a few locals and only sometimes.
Unless you are as well known as Johnnie Walker or Pepsi Cola driving past large signs on the roads is not the answer.
Too many cheap publications promoting illegal businesses, leaflets and means to save money cannot have the desired effect on the desired market.
PRINTING IS YOUR BEST ANSWER BUT... Newspapers are expensive, they are not designed to target/reach your desired consumer, they do not represent the quality of your business and they mix your business with too many others including competitors.
Quality, expensive looking magazines are a good option but the cost is high and they do not justify the return.

THAT'S LIFE
Funeral Insurance & Funeral Plans Although they appear to be the same, there is a fundamental difference.
With funeral insurance you pay a regular premium to cover the amount that you think will cover the cost of the funeral. This is usually paid as a lump sum to your loved ones on your death. A funeral plan allows you to pay for your funeral in advance, fixing the cost of your funeral at today’s prices. You also can predetermine the specific items you want on your funeral. Well established funeral directors also can offer payments of the agreed costs by instalments. In conclusion, you can insure your lump sum for the funeral but have no control as to how the money is used or you can have full control and plan your whole funeral in advance.
I find it quite staggering the number of funeral directors offering their services to foreign residents on the Costa del Sol, especially to English residents. Which means that there is money to be made in a nondying business to a consumer that cannot complain for the service received. Common sense dictates that your best bet to rest in peace is to do as the Romans do and consult a long established, reputable, professional Spanish funeral director, who knows exactly what to do to fulfil your wishes. These days they can also do it in your own language.

FINANCE
Cash Payments Payments in cash are part of everyday life for many self-employed individuals. However, the law sets limits to these payments. Learning the rules can save us from getting fined. Law 10/2010, April 28th for the prevention of money laundering and finance of terrorism states which are considered payments in cash, namely:- the use of notes and coins, of any country, bank cheques and any other physical means conceived to pay as a nameless person. Law 7/2012, October 29th, limits to 2500€ the amount of any transaction in which one of the parties is a business that can be paid in cash. The same law includes a procedure by which the supplier (the recipient) can informs Hacienda of an illegal act, with the incentive that, if he reports it within three months
44
www.webexpressguide.com
after the payment he will be exempt from any responsibility. It is important to note that what determines the prohibition is the total amount of the transaction, not the amount actually paid in cash. In other words, if you received an invoice for 3000€ it would not be acceptable to pay 1000€ by wire transfer and the rest in cash. However, in a case as the one mentioned, what constitute the base amount for the calculation of the fine is 2000€, the amount actually paid in cash.

ADVERTISING IS AN INVESTMENT!!
An investment in the success of your business. This is a real fact for those who do not believe in the necessity of advertising. In reality advertising is a necessary business expense just like rent, telephone, electricity, insurance, internet and so on, especially these days. It should be budgeted for just like any overhead.
Most business people’s excuses for not advertising are: I do not need advertising I cannot afford to advertise I am already very busy, I do not need any more business. I’m paying a high rent to be in this location where people pass by every day. Advertising is a cost I do not need. I do not believe in advertising. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising and it is free. We are a local office, franchise, etc. the head office takes care of advertising. I was told not to advertise especially with you.
Of course, every one of these “reasons” represents an “excuse” for not spending the money necessary to do what is needed. A false excuse to justify to oneself a false saving. The main reason for this reluctance is that advertising represents an invisible benefit. When you buy a car, you can see it and drive it. When you buy a cake, you can eat it and enjoy it. With advertising you cannot feel, see or touch the benefit except perhaps at the end of a year when you can tell the difference from the previous year or when at the end of the 50
www.webexpressguide.com
year you are still in business despite the fierce competition in your market. I recently decided to update our database, after so many years it was essential to remove the dead wood. As you can imagine, it took me a whole week to of constant work to go through each one on the database. I even distinctly remember some of them and, though it is sad they did not listen to me, it felt like a “karma” in that they deserved for be out of business.
Now, comparing with those that are still in business, some have turned out to be very successful, all are advertising and promoting with us even though they may go elsewhere from time to time and then come back. The point is that they advertise. I think I can safely say that your business size depends on the size of your advertising budget. Of course, it would be stupid and disproportionate to start advertising at a level to compete with CocaCola, but even they had to start somewhere and gradually grow their budgets according to size year after year. If you add up the total amount they spent to date from day one you will definitely reach a staggering figure representing their investment over the years. But Boy! Was it worth it! Nº 157 Monthly

I have studied and given a lot of thought to advertising and promotion and the Costa del Sol is a particularly difficult market, especially when consumers of all different nationalities and income levels constantly come and go. I have realised this some 22 years ago, this is why I devised the Web Express Guide medium, an internet portal backed with a printed professionally produced magazine so as to use the internet as well as print; the latter is still an important medium because internet may well be the future but people will always like to touch, feel and see without remembering what button to push. Not only so, but at prices whereby every-one in any business, at whatever stage of their business life, can afford to advertise constantly throughout the year and build up while holding the competition at bay.

WHATS NEWS

PRICKLY PAIR
A POPULAR RESORT ON THE COSTA This month The Prickly Pair take a look at the magnificent stone architecture, strict dress rules, a host of daily activities, all rooms with en-suite facilities, three solid meals a day at Alhaurin Prision. So where is this pleasure dome? Nestling quietly in the foothills with uninterrupted views of the magnificent countryside; Alhaurin Prison has become the favourite Hide-out of the rich and famous of the Costa del Sol. It is not difficult to see why some have decided to head inland and wait for the Heat to die down on the coast. So just what does Alhaurin Prison have to offer for the jet set? For those used to fine cuisine and the pick of the five-star restaurants of Marbella, Alhaurin Prison Canteen may seem a little rustic. The set menu is probably the best option as it offers a limited but wholesome choice of brown stuffs in a thin gravy. You may opt to try the Tray meal, this is quite an experience for the first-time visitor and there are strict rules of etiquette involved, though these are usually quick and easy to pick up; there are always a few longterm guests hanging around who are more than happy to explain the intricacies to you. 58

PRICKLY PAIR
Once you have been served your meal it is customary to Shuffle slowly to one of the long tables, where, if you are lucky, you will find one of your former colleagues enjoying their chosen repast. However, the dining hall does become rather full at certain times of the day and you may find yourself sharing a table with some of those charming long-term guests; this is the perfect opportunity for you to practice more of those negotiating skills for which you are so famous, and by the simple act of bartering some of your brown lumpy stuff in exchange for a much lower value potato, you can forge strong, valuable future friendships. After your meal why not relax over a game of Pool; the tables do become very busy, so be prepared to stump up quite a lot of Snout to secure a game; however, this can be won back if you are willing to challenge the player already on the table. Make sure you fully understand the rules before offering to make the challenge and that it is the game of Pool you are referring to; painful mistakes have occurred in the past when a new guest has offered to pot some balls without making it quite clear he meant on the snooker table. Moving on to the evening entertainment, a strict dress code operates at all times and you will be expected to wear this years must have suit. Colours for this season tend to be
severe, there is a distinct lack of accessories and some of the more well-known members of the Marbella society have been spotted sporting the rather funky ankle tag. Materials used for this season Look include Serge and heavy cottons, the arrow motif will be big this summer. Another must have is the new line in over the shoulder bags made to look as a Swag, most of the guests have been spotted carrying a Swag bag over their shoulder at some stage. One major draw of Alhaurin Prison for the Beautiful People of the Costa del Sol is the peace and quiet. After years of living it up, things have finally caught up with them and for a few, the high life has taken its toll; the manager of Alhaurin Prison has been overwhelmed by the popularity of the place in recent years, “we only really had a few scrotes in the past “he said “but with all these toffs turning up, we have had to smarten the place up a bit, introducing a computer in the recreation lounge”. This needed link with the outside world has become very popular, especially for ordering surgical inflatable cushions on EBay. It looks as if Alhaurin Prison will be the place to go for some who look for the easy way into society. www.webexpressguide.com

SPIDERMAN
Taking place within the mid-1960s, following an alternative version of World War II, players take control over one of three characters, each of whom seek to complete a personal task while escaping the fictional city of Wellington Wells - a crumbling dystopia on the verge of societal collapse, due to the overuse of a hallucinogenic drug that keeps its inhabitants blissfully unaware about the truth of their world, while leaving them easily manipulated and lacking morals.
Spider-Man is an action-adventure game set in an open world modern-day New York City and played from a third-person perspective. It features combat systems such as an aerial combat, spider sense and reflexes, finishing moves. Spider-Man can push attacking enemies off of buildings, though Spider-Man will not let them fall, webbing them to the side of the building. The player will be able to use Spider-Man's abilities such as web slinging and wall-crawling as well other gameplay elements, one of which will be the ability to traverse using parkour, and the crafting and use of gadgets and alternative suits with special powers.

CARS
MERCEDES BENZ CLA 220 SHOOTING BRAKE CDI 7G DCT Shooting Brake is, in fact, a more exotic product line than the CLA brand's bodywork. Effectively a successful combination of design, sportsmanship and practicality. This CLA a very direct, efficient and a fun car Configuration that makes this CLA a very direct, efficient and fun car thanks to its minimal body swing and precise front axle which, combined with its proportions and non excessive weight, provides you with gratifying sensations at the wheel.
