f “Mi Caseta – Flamenco Nights” is a wonderful experience that aims to show the Andalusian culture with the best flamenco music and dance, and also through the gastronomy of our land. Our aim is to immerse the public into a magic atmosphere recreated by a carefully settled scenography of an exclusive ‘tablao flamenco’ where you can feel the culture, the magic and the emotion of the tradition and the purest essence of the Andalusian soul. We stand out for the top-quality of our show that is aimed for both international and national tourism.
The experience The flamenco show consists of around two hours of an intense and awesome flamenco performance. Musical instruments such as the piano, sax, trombone, vocals and guitars are mixed with the passion of the dance and the flamenco soul. The performance is divided into some thematic parts separated by breaks so that attendees can feel the flamenco experience at the same time that they enjoy a typical southern Spanish dinner. Our cuisine merges tradition and avant-garde with the integration of products from the local region. At the beginning of the show, attendees are given a bottle of ‘manzanilla’ as one of the most popular wines of Andalusia. Besides, customers have the choice to order additional drinks or portions of the offered menu. 2

ENTERTAINMENT
Where? The flamenco show takes place in a traditional Andalusian “caseta” with capacity to receive up to 200 guests and located in the Estepona Fairgrounds in the province of Malaga. A stage of more than 30m² is the main part of the facilities formed by 11 first-rate artists.
When? The weekly show takes place every Friday of the year at 21:00. It is also possible to organize special sessions any day of the week for groups over 50 persons. In such case, the schedule of the show could be adapted depending of the request of the group.
Tickets Enjoy the show with a bottle of Manzanilla; the tickets price is 45€ p.p. (VAT inc.). The dinner menu (optional), has an additional cost of 35€ p.p. (VAT inc.)

Did you know that..? Breast cancer deaths falling faster in UK than Europe. The rate of deaths from breast cancer is dropping faster in the UK than in any other of the six most populous countries in Europe, new figures show. The rate of death from the disease has fallen by 17.7% since 2010-2014 thanks to improved screening, earlier diagnosis and better treatment, according to an Italian study. Germany saw the next greatest equivalent reduction, at 12.5%, followed by France (12.1%), Spain (11.3%) and Italy (9.7%), while Poland recorded a 6.1% rise. The final game took place on Saturday the 30th August when the two teams kept gaining on each other with what seemed to promise to end with an even match.
The atmosphere was electric, it was a very close match that created a heated emotion with all spectators ending with the victory of the MB Polo team with a score 8-9, The crowd of many thousands spectators just could not could not help cheering throughout the event. Matty Roberts, a video game streamer, created the event on Facebook on June 27 as an innocent joke, unsuspecting of the incoming viral attention the event would receive
“Storm Area 51, They Can’t Stop All of Us” was the Facebook message that promoted the event that took place on the 20th September at Area 51, the American “secret” air force facility that supposedly harbours extraterrestrial life.
In reality fewer than 200 people were reported to have shown up at the entrance to Area 51, and no one attempted to pass the gate, but an estimated 1,500 attended the related festivals and only two people were detained.
More than 2 million people responded on the event’s page saying “going” and 1.5 million said “interested”, this attracted a widespread media reaction that made the event an Internet meme.
Area 51 has been the subject of many conspiracy theories regarding aliens since the 1950s, when some individuals reported seeing UFOs at the base.
Naturally this prompted governement officials to be briefed in order to discourage any attempts to enter the base. Law and enforcement departments were also put on the alert to stop any attempts of trespassing on to military territory.
Conspiracy theorists believe aliens, UFOs, or secrets related to them are stored at Area 51. What make it suspicious is that in June this year The Pentagon provided a briefing on UFOs encountered by Navy pilots to members of Congress. While also President Donald Trump had been briefed on UFOs.
All this excitement, caused by a pure and simple internet joke, also affected businesses in Nevada and surrounding areas which lost no time in making preparations for the arrival of thousands of visitors to the event This included the organizing of two music festivals, causing even more concern to the police in case these events became problematic.
Alas Area 51 remains a secrets and the Aliens did not have the decency to come out and greet the visitors anxious to meet them.

MOROCCAN SAUSAGE AND EGG TAGINE Try something different!
INGREDIENTS •

8 oz. / 225 gr merguez (or other sausage) 1 large onion (finely chopped) 2 medium tomatoes (peeled, seeded and chopped)

Handful of olives (green pitted, sliced) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper)

Small handful of chopped cilantro (or parsley) 6 large eggs Salt to taste Cumin to taste Garnish: chopped cilantro (or parsley)
METHOD 1.
Cook the sausage in a large skillet or in the base of a tagine until the meat tests done. If there is a large amount of fat from the sausage, remove the excess, leaving enough to continue cooking. If the sausage was low-fat, you may need to add a little olive oil to the pan at this point.
2. Add the onion, tomatoes, olives and seasoning and cook for about 5 minutes. 3. Pour the eggs directly over the sausage and veggies.

4. Break the yolks, and allow the eggs to simmer until set. To help this along, you can lift the edges of the eggs as they cook and tip the pan to allow uncooked egg to run underneath and cook faster. If cooking the eggs in a tagine, cover the eggs and allow them to poach until done. 5. Dust the top of the cooked eggs with cumin and salt to taste, garnish with a little chopped parsley, and serve.

The consequences of delaying motherhood Currently, 32 is the average age when women have their first child, however many obstacles may delay that moment even longer.
Medicine allows us to face up to our biological clock, but what are the consequences? Is it harder today than before to have children?
According to data from the Survey on fertility, family and values, published by the Center for Sociological Research (CIS), six out of ten Spanish women believe that having a child is an obstacle to their professional development and, consequently, they decide to leave the decision to after 35 years of age. But while they think about it, the biological clock does not forgive, life goes on: the decline in the number of ovules accelerates after 35 and fertility decreases by up to 30 percent; after 40 years of age this percentage drops to more than 63 percent. Thus, women who delay their motherhood run the risk of not achieving pregnancy when they want it. Contraception was a big step for women as it allowed women to prevent unwanted pregnancies.
But it has created a false idea that one can have a child whenever is wanted. From a biological point of view, the best years to procreate coincide with those that, increasingly, we dedicate to professional progress or enjoyment of life. The choice that can affect the consequences. No one knows for sure how fertility declines, but it does, and the factors that influence can be diverse: age, health problems, personal characteristics, frequency of sexual relations.
EVALUATE THE RISKS While medicine can help preserve fertility, through the vitrification of eggs, the consequences of late motherhood for both the mother and the future baby are another story that is not always considered. Thus, women who decide to delay the age at which they are mothers may have to face:

1. Greater risk of abortion in the first trimester. According to different studies, starting at age 38, the risk rises to 40 percent, compared to 20 percent seen in young women. 2. Increased risk of gestational diabetes, hypertension, circulatory problems – varicose veins, haemorrhoids – and anaemia, although these disorders are controllable with a good follow-up by the gynaecologist. 3. More complications during delivery and caesarean sections, especially if it is the
first child. The reason is that after 35 years the tissues lose elasticity, which makes the dilation longer and more difficult and the expulsion slower. 4. After 35 years, the probability of achieving pregnancy through IVF decreases. 5. The father also counts. Although the use of donor eggs or vitrification eliminates the risk of chromosomal alterations due to age, it should not be forgotten that mature mothers usually have children from mature fathers, which also increases the risk of genetic abnormalities.

That is why, in one way or another slavery still exists today and is probably much closer to us than we realise, even though every December 2 is the United Nation's International Day for the Abolition of Slavery. According to the Global Slavery Index 2018, over 40 million people are victims of modern slavery, of which 15 million are attributed to forced marriages. Slavery is practiced by using physical or psychologic violence and control usually in the form of threats so as to generate profit by exploiting and even owning another human being. In modern terms, slavery includes forced labour, human trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, domestic servitude and forced marriage. Yes even forced marriage. To deny someone the choices of a partner and even going as far as forcing a marriage on girls of 17 or less years for monetary or status gain tantamount to exploitation, that is a form of slavery. Not to be overlooked is domestic servitude. Across the globe, domestic workers, mostly women, migrate abroad to support their families back home. Employment agents in their country of origin promise a generous salary and good working conditions with a caring host family. This, however, can be far from reality. Domestic workers are often forced to work long hours while their passports and mobile phones are taken away. It is not unheard of to come across cases when they are locked up, starved, deprived of sleep and often physically and sexually abused. They are trapped and scared in unfamiliar surroundings. Unfortunately this type of exploitation takes place all over the world, including the most civilized countries. Illegal immigrants also lay themselves open to exploitation; in order to make a living under the radar they will offer their services for pitiful rewards and even sexual exploitation. Unknowingly and indirectly we all contribute to the promotion of modern slavery. Every item we buy, from electronics to textiles, from handmade carpets to coffee, tea and chocolate, all might include child or adult slavery. LAS COMPRESAS REUTILIZABLES YA ESTÁN AQUí: Una nueva opción para una menstruación sostenible Encontrar el método más cómodo e higiénico para cada una de nosotras durante los días de nuestro periodo es uno de los grandes retos a los que las mujeres nos vamos enfrentando desde nuestra primera menstruación.
Lo más habitual es que, en las primeras ocasiones, utilicemos lo mismo que utilicen nuestras madres.
