I think Web Express Guide has made its mark as the longest established portal and only printed portal of the Costa del Sol; after all these years it is no surprise that we get excellent results on searches for the Costa del Sol and our magazine is certainly snapped up as soon as it is distributed. What gets our results is the number of years that we have been publishing both online as well as print. I find it derisory when I see certain publications trying to impress with their rating in Google and other similar programs. It’s a big world out there and there is no point in trying to impress advertisers with millions of visitors that mean absolutely nothing because these are of little use to a plumber in Marbella looking for business. What is more to the point is to look for a plumber in Marbella and find him on the first page of Google searches. Now, this is an impressive result that counts and this is what we achieve for most of our advertisers. It’s worth considerably more than billions of useless visitors. I suppose this is also the reason why we are being asked to design and create an increasing number of websites. I think people have had enough with cheap or free websites because there is nothing cheap or free without a catch. Our clients know that Web Express Guide will maximise their exposure on internet while avoiding the pitfall of high costs. It is what matters!

In my opinion
In my opinion
Little Hitler’s Are you a tyrant? During the past months whilst I have been researching and writing these columns I have come across quite a few ‘little Hitler’s’ who seem to think that everything they do in their business is down to them alone and that the whole place would collapse if they were not there to control the situation. What a load of rubbish!!! The idea that the boss is the only one capable of running and organising any business is out of the Ark! If you are running a solid business and have selected the correct staff and help to assist you with whatever your business is then the professionals who are working for you should, if you have selected them properly, be able to cope with whatever they have to do. Being a boss actually means being able to organise your fellow workers in such a way as to enable them to be able to run things in your absence, thereby letting you get on with the job of marketing and furthering your own personal business ideas. You will have failed if you do not have a team working with you! If you insist that people only work for you and not with you then you are on a hiding to nothing. Being in business today has to be a team effort. If you allow employees to feel that they are all working for the same ends and are involved with the business, then you will quickly find out that they are far more enthusiastic and motivated enabling them to make their own decisions about their work. This employee involvement, teambuilding approach, and
employee empowerment increases loyalty and fosters ownership.
thereby furthering the single aim of the business.
business or hire an assistant.
Here are a few Don’ts for you to consider.
Don’t forget to reward hard work. Make sure your employees feel valued for the work that they do. Employees will be more willing to put in extra effort if they know it’s noted and appreciated.
Don’t take credit for your employees’ ideas or hog their limelight. This not only fosters resentment but can also make you seem untrustworthy. Always give credit when it’s due!
People in every workplace talk about building the team, working as a team, and my team, but few understand how to create the experience of team work or how to develop an effective team. Teamwork means creating a friendly work culture that values collaboration in all sections of the business. In a teamwork environment, people understand and believe that thinking, planning, decisions and actions are better when done cooperatively. Remember, “none of us is as good as all of us.” Also do not retain a member of the team just because they are good at their job if they are not good at interaction with other members of staff. This attitude could set them apart from the team.
Don’t make your employees come in on days they’re normally not scheduled to work or call them while they’re on holiday. Employees will certainly become resentful if you invade their personal time for nonpressing work. Unless there is something pressing or urgent then let time away from work stay that way.
Leadership style is often personal and based on your own previous experience. Be careful not to let your own negative issues from past experiences control the way you organise your team. Your leadership style depends on the task, the team or individual’s capabilities and knowledge.
Don’t interfere with employees’ work. If your employees are getting work done, don’t stress about how it gets done. Even if it’s not being done the way you’d do it, it’s best to let employees use their best judgment.
Employee involvement is creating an environment in which people have an impact on decisions and actions that affect their jobs. Allow all departments to have knowledge and interaction with each other
Don’t play favorites. Playing favorites can impair your leadership and judgment abilities. Treat employees equally. Don’t micromanage. While it’s fine to keep up with what your employees are working on, don’t constantly look over their shoulders.
Don’t forget to provide motivation. Sometimes employees need a morale boost. Provide them with encouragement to get a project rolling. Remember this is the 21st century. If you are a capable business person then you should be able to bring yourself into the modern day and enjoy a successful business. If not then maybe it’s time to get out! The Count De La Perrelle Cognitive Business Therapist
Don’t push unreasonable deadlines. You don’t want to spend all of your time at the office, and neither do your employees. Don’t forget to keep your promises. You should always keep promises you make to employees, especially about pay and benefits. Don’t require employees to run your personal errands. Keep work about work. Take care of your own personal

The Quiz Who am I? I was born on a cotton plantation in South Carolina in 1927. I was given away by my mother and sent to live with an aunt in Harlem at the age of eight. In 1943 I auditioned for the famed Katherine Dunham Dance Troupe. While performing with the Dunham Troupe in Paris, I was spotted by a nightclub owner who signed me on as a cabaret singer. I gained fame and admirers quickly, including Orson Welles, who called me “the most exciting woman in the world”. At the Blue Angel I was seen by Leonard Stillman.

Traditional Spanish Gazpacho This is a basic and traditional recipe of a Spanish summer staple food. Often referred to as a liquid salad, it is a must for those warm summer evenings! I don’t have enough room here to explain about the history of Gazpacho but needless to say it was another Roman gift. There are other regional variations of this dish including, Green Gazpacho, Salmorejo and even modern ideas like Oriental Gazpacho. Ajo Blanco is a white Gazpacho thought to be invented by the Moors.

Broadway stardom led to a recording contract and a succession of best-selling records. I sung in one hundred countries and was honoured with a star on Hollywood Boulevard’s Walk of Fame in 1960.
Ingredients: • • • • • • • • •
300 grams of bread 600 grams of fresh tomato 2 cloves of garlic 2 onions 2 red and green peppers 1 cucumber 7 tablespoons of good olive oil 2 tablespoons of vinegar 1 1/2 tablespoon of water
Preparation: Put all the ingredients into a bowl and leave to marinade in the fridge for a couple of hours. Using a hand blender or food processor thoroughly blend the mixture and pass through a fine sieve. Chill again and for better results leave overnight in the fridge. When serving dice some peppers, onion, cucumber and bread and heap into the soup with a glug of olive oil and enjoy. You can also have it as a drink without the garnish and also serve it with ice cubes and why not splash some chilli sauce into it for that extra kick.

The Largest, Best Quality & Best Prices FAR EASTERN RESTAURANT IN THE AREA
WITH 2
SEPARATE KITCHENS
FOR CHINESE AND JAPANESE FOOD
At last Real Japanese Cuisine at Puerto de la Duquesa
Marco Polo is said to have introduced noodles into Europe and they became Spaghetti! This is why a respectable Chinese Restaurant like the Slow Boat in Puerto de La Duquesa can also offer a Japanese menu. The Slow Boat is a family restaurant well established in Puerto Duquesa for over 20 years. Japanese cuisine has developed over the past 2,000 years under the influence of China, but in the last 300-400 years Korean and other Far Eastern cuisines have fused into what is now known as Japanese cuisine. The Japanese have evolved their cooking into a unique art form that takes a chef years to perfect, resulting in delicate and intricate preparations with a distinct aroma and taste. This is the main reason why a Japanese chef is in charge of the Slow Boat separate Japanese Kitchen. Although Japanese cuisine is usually associated with raw fish, this is not entirely true; not all fish is served raw, for instance I am sure you must have heard of “TEMPURA”, fish and any other vegetables deep fried in a special light batter to give a very delicate and exquisite appearance as well as taste. “TEPPANYAKI” refers to the many dishes, usually meat and vegetables, cooked using a “teppan” or hot plate. The variety of recipes and cooking methods is just as vast as any cuisine. Bearing in mind that Japan is an island and the largest fish consumer in the world, naturally you cannot go to a Japanese restaurant and not at least try “SUSHI”, and “MAKI-SUSHI”. I remember the first time I tried it years ago, I thought I could never bring myself to have it touch my lips, however having tried it at the insistence of my Japanese host, I got so hooked on it to that now I even crave for it and go out of my way to get some. I am so addicted that I even go for 18

WITH AUTHENTIC CHINESE AND JAPANESE CHEFS !!! The Best of Chinese Food The Best of Thai Food The Best of Japanese Food
In Dec 2004 (Nº 54) I wrote an article about the differences of sushi and the others. You might like to read it online at http://www.webexpressguide.com/costadelsol/article. php?art_id=7&id=766. I am delighted that the Slow Boat has added this delicate cuisine to the fantastic Chinese and Thai Menus. This Makes the Slow Boat one of the best Far Eastern food restaurants on this Costa and most certainly the best in this area, offering the best of 3 cuisines at the best prices. The magnificent view of the Port, the parking facilities, the caring service provided by the waiters as well as John, the owner are the added bonuses that few restaurants can offer.

Home Improvements? Building a house? Where to get your materials One of the questions one often asks when first coming to the Costa is where do I get my skip from and what about the materials? The answer is quite simple! A builder’s yard! Yes, of course one can go to some of the equivalent D.I.Y stores that we are used to at home, however the cost can be substantially higher. Spanish builders’ yards offer a very wide range of construction materials and they also have all types of decorative and plumbing materials, they

even carry stocks. One such Builders’ Yard is ORTEGA AVILES; it’s a family business established in 1980 that has made staggering progress due to its quality service and good prices. They will supply trade and private clients and will deliver including skips. When you visit them you can see what’s on the shelves, you can order at the counter or you can ask for someone to attend to you and show you what is available at prices that suit your budget. Do not forget to ask if there are any special offers available especially with regards to tiles and floor tiles. They are in Sabinillas and quite easy to find just behind Lidl, it’s well worth paying them a visit next time you are thinking of doing something to your home. See below for details.

Confident and unselfconscious use of more muted classic styles by older men. I suggest that they succeed because they are dressing for themselves and not to follow latest fashions. Years of doing this has given them a confidence which is clear from their attitude and bearing. Compare these to the sometimes uncomfortable-looking younger men snapped wearing the height of fashion at the recent events in Milan and Paris and you’ll see what I mean. Is it possible that they, in their race to follow catwalk fashions, have forgotten the importance of expressing one’s own individuality when dressing well? By the time you’re half way to 100, you should have been able to gather the style momentum to figure out your own personal style. Getting older means learning from your past fashion mistakes, like being the guy in the Speedo who was not built like Mark Spitz, and forging ahead in a more streamlined and easy manner. Give up the idea of long hair when you barely have 3-hairs on the top. Look in the mirror and be real about what you have to work with—at any age! As we mature, fashion needs to be less fussy and more sleek and sophisticated, but not fuddy-duddy. Top quality men’s fashion designer have clothing that is designed for style not your date of birth. Buy fewer pieces, but better pieces each season. If you can’t afford clothing from the big guns in men’s fashion, get inspired by their design and find less expensive versions of similar styles. Look like you’ve made it rather than your hopelessly still trying to figure it all out. Most important, stay modern and avoid the traps of wearing the same clothing that dates you for years and years..

HEALTH & BEAUTY
About benign ENLARGED PROSTRATE Benign means non-cancerous. Many things, including prostate cancer and prostatitis can cause an enlarged prostate. This factsheet is just about enlarged prostate caused by BPH. The prostate is a gland that produces the liquid part of semen (the fluid produced when you ejaculate). It’s about the size of a walnut and lies at the base of your bladder. The front of your prostate surrounds your urethra – the tube that carries urine from your bladder and out through your penis. Any change in the size or shape of your prostate can narrow this tube, making it difficult for you to pass urine. If you have BPH, a rapid growth in the cells in your prostate can lead to growth of your prostate gland. Not all men with BPH will develop an enlarged prostate.
SYMPTOMS OF BENIGN ENLARGED PROSTATE If you have an enlarged prostate you may get symptoms such as: • Difficulty in passing urine • A weak flow of urine that sometimes starts and stops • Dribbling of urine before and after urinating • Feeling that you haven’t emptied your bladder after urinating • A frequent or urgent need to pass urine
24
Your GP will ask you about your symptoms and examine you. He or she may ask you to complete a questionnaire to assess how severe your symptoms are and how much they are bothering you. Your GP will feel your abdomen to check whether your bladder is swollen. Your GP may suggest the following tests to rule out prostate cancer as a cause of your symptoms. • A digital rectal examination. This is an examination to check the size of your prostate gland and what it feels like. Your doctor will insert his or her finger into your rectum (back passage), where he or she will be able to feel your prostate gland. • A blood test for prostate-specific antigen (PSA). This is a protein produced by the prostate. High levels of PSA can sometimes be a sign of cancer, but may also be a result of BPH, infections and other reasons. Your GP will discuss the pros and cons of this test with you to help you decide whether to have it. Your GP may also ask you for a urine sample and blood tests to check for urinary tract infections and check how well your kidneys are working. Your GP may refer you to a urologist (a doctor who specialises in identifying and treating conditions that affect the urinary system) if there are any doubts about your diagnosis, or if you need surgery. The urologist may advise the following tests.
• If you have any of these symptoms, see your gp.
• An ultrasound. This uses sound waves to produce an image of the inside of your abdomen. This can be used to check the size of your prostate and your bladder.
CAUSES OF BENIGN ENLARGED PROSTATE
• A urine flow test. This measures the speed of your urine output (how fast it flows).
The exact reasons why some men develop BPH and an enlarged prostate are not fully understood at present. However, the main risk factor is age. Nearly a third of men over the age of 50 are thought to have symptoms caused by an enlarged prostate.
• A urodynamic study. In this test, a fine tube (catheter) is inserted up through your urethra and into your bladder to measure the pressure inside your bladder
• Frequently needing to go to the toilet at night

Andalucia and the Costa del Sol, Shabby or Chic? With summer 2012 on the way, many British people who live here either full time or for part of the year have asked, what is there to do on the Costa del Sol? Especially it seems when they have friends or family over to stay. Well……… To be frank, there is a plethora of things to do. The Costa del Sol is a big place made up of many resorts, towns and villages. The city of Malaga is at its heart with an excellent modern infrastructure including good public transport and a very pleasant climate. The 1970’s reputation of the area still lingers with its tacky resorts, high rise Hotels, tacky souvenir shops, countless Expat bars selling English breakfasts, and Karaoke just about on every corner! All this is still true to some extent, the Costa does have its fair share of all of this however, the Costa del Sol also has many refined areas as well and is full of culture, architecture, decoration and some of the most spectacular landscapes. All along the Costa there are the most beautiful and delightful places to visit. For goodness sake, there is so much more to do than ‘find a bar, order a jug of sangria and burn in the sun till the late bars open. In Andalucia especially, parties or fiestas as they are known in Spain, are a way of life! All these parties are certainly not just for the tourist trade as they are an intrinsic part of the Spanish summer. For example the festival of ‘San Juan’ in Andalucia, is celebrated
on the night of June 23rd with some towns, such as Almuñécar, in Granada, allowing the beaches to be used as campsites for a single night. On the beaches of Malaga it’s common to see people jumping over fires which, according to legend, cleanse the body and the soul. Jumping in the sea at midnight is supposed to be a way to wash away evil spirits. Another side With miles of amazing beaches and a sun kissed climate to go with it, the Costa del Sol is popular for sun lovers and beach holidays, but always remember that there is also another side to it! Just move away from the Coast and just a little inland and you can experience new meaning to the Costa del Sol. This is where Spanish tradition still thrives! The Inland Rural Costa del Sol is very popular with Golfers, there are more than 50 golf courses in the region, there are also some superb towns and villages to visit, every town has its own character and of course, it’s own variation on night life! There is also horse riding, quad Biking, trials biking, off road adventures, hiking, rock climbing and much more all this is available to enjoy on the Costa del Sol in Spain! There is something fantastic and magical about the Costa del Sol and the Andalucia region of Spain, from the ‘laid back’ feel, to the hospitality of the Andalucian people. Many people love to return to the Costa del Sol, year after year, not just to enjoy its sun drenched beaches, nightlife and ambience but also to
enjoy the quality of life that can be found with just a little investigation. Since Franco death, Spain, as an active member of the European Union, has experienced a dramatic improvement in the standard of living. The poverty of the Andalucian countryside has been largely eliminated and its people have regained their pride in the local culture, which flourishes alongside the benefits of improved roads, modern health care and high-tech infrastructures. The romantic image of Andalucia, in spite of progress, is still very much a thing of the present. Here are some ideas…
Mayan Monkey Mijas,
Mayan Monkey Mijas is a tiny chocolate factory and shop set in the hills above Fuengirola in a white village called Mijas. Fantastic for the children.
Andalucian Cycling Experience
Bike rides to white villages from Montecorto. See the white Andalucian Villages.
Rent a Bike in Marbella
High quality mountain, road and city bikes as well as kid’s bikes and child carriers.
Parque de la Paloma, Benalmádena Botanical Gardens
Paloma Park covers 200,000 square meters and is located about 200 meters from the main coastal road.
Fuengirola: Bioparc Fuengirola The Fuengirola Zoo
It resembles an island because there is an abundant use of trees and plants, and one does not see any of the bars that separate humans from the animals on display.
La Carihuela, Torremolinos
Historic neighbourhood that used to be the fisherman’s district
Caves at Nerja, Nerja
The caves are really marvellous; huge and spectacular, by far the most interesting sight we saw on the south coast. Don’t miss them.
Museo Automovilistico de Málaga
World class car collection, all beautifully restored and housed in a superbly designed building.
La Escuela de Arte Ecuestre
The School of Equestrian Art Costa del Sol is one of the most notable and renowned equestrian centres in Spain.
Benalmadena Costa
You will find diving courses for all levels
You have not really been to Spain until you have been to Andalucia, an area steeped in Spanish tradition, with some Arabic influences and a perfect holiday climate. Whatever you decide we hope you have a wonderful time. So the choice is yours………Shabby or Chic

What now for the Euro? With the recent election results in France and Greece starting to sink in we can see what the effect on various markets is shaping up like. Currency exchange rates are in themselves just another market but perhaps one which is not watched as closely as the world stockmarkets which usually grab the headlines! Over the last decade or so, we have seen the continual decline of the Pound against the Euro, gradually sliding from around 1.50 Euros to the Pound down to almost parity at one stage last year. The current tourist rates are around the 1.20 mark but the 64 thousand dollar question is what happens next? As with any market, if you ask three experts, you are likely to get three different answers and when you consider all the opinions, it is trying to take a view on what seems the most likely. Ironically, despite the level of UK debt being higher than many other countries, it has retained confidence with the ratings agencies and markets alike and is, it would seem, becoming viewed as a safe haven currency and is hardening in value as a consequence. Whilst this is very good news if you are retired in the Eurozone and have UK pension benefits or other Sterling investments which you are using to create income to convert to Euros. Unfortunately, the flip side is that it puts more pressure on the UK economy as the cost of exports to the Eurozone are going up all the while and these account for around 40% of the total.. Some commentators are talking about the rate of exchange moving to something like 1.30 by this Autumn. When a currency overheats, it is often a reduction in interest rates which is used to lower the value but with base lending rate in the UK at only 0.5% already, there really is no room for maneuver in that direction so it may be that something else will be done. Last year we saw the Swiss Franc rise substantially to a point where the Swiss took action to devalue – will the Bank of England need to do something similar – we will just have to wait and see. In the meantime, what can individuals do to protect
themselves from currency risk? If you have income arising in the UK in Sterling which you convert regularly to Euros, make sure that you use the services of a Foreign Exchange specialist to get the best possible rates – these could be 2 or 3 % better than the high street banks can achieve. If you have investments in Sterling which are providing you with income, you could consider changing the currency at some point, particularly if the Euro continues to weaken – timing as always is difficult to judge but talking to the foreign exchange company could help you decide. If you have Euro based investments, now is probably not the best time to move wholesale into Sterling but you could consider phasing a transfer if your plan is to return to the UK. Above all else, before making any decisions, take advice from someone qualified and experienced enough to give you a candid view of your options and the best course of action to follow. 13045 RAFP Web Express Magazine Ad REV_RAFP 06/07/2011

I
prickly pair
It may be the case that life might make you appear to be one of the people you associate with or have to associate with but you rather appear as a bitch to them because you are obviously above their level. Well let’s face it, they are not going to insult you if you consider being called a bitch an insult, which I do not. It’s hard work putting people down with a glance or a comment or both, anyway as I was saying, they are hardly going to try to insult you by calling you a superior being. Are they? Do I wish to have more friends? Hmm, not exactly! I could easily acquire them if I adjust, but not just slightly. Well for me, anyway. Apparently I should have moved to Spain and immediately know all about and everything Spanish , then I should have made every local English pub my local , instantly befriend absolutely anyone and everyone and add at least 200 new friends to my Facebook. Then proceed to add their friends as well and I could then be considered for entry to this not so exclusive club or I could gain entry if I were an alcoholic or ex alcoholic, a certain kind of woman of a certain age who likes to hang around ports and karaoke bars even when the normal people have had a pleasant evening and gone home and back stab and gossip behind said friends’ backs. A bitch like me acquires her name because she would rather call a loser “a loser” to their face. Does this make me a bitch? I don’t think so darling!
LIFE’S A BITCH Or is it?
On the other hand I could, even in this day and age, take in clothes to wash and iron so then I could have friends because everybody could look down on me as I’d pose no threat, or so they might think. Ever heard of the expression “dirty laundry in public”?
Another way to enlarge your circle of friends or, as I suspect, is to join a Forum and by a Forum I don’t mean a properly run business one, I mean a village gossip one. All you need is to make up a name like i.e. bof, fairycake, pieboy , valentine, alouisious , or something stupid like that then you can spend all your day slagging your friends off in secret, so you might think. Then if I reply, apparently it would that make me a bitch. Hey ho! This means that in order not to be a bitch, I should stoop down to the required level, have not so many real friends, always keep my mouth shut even though the club is slagging everyone off left right and centre and smile and chat to all as if I actually give a damn. Thanks but no thanks. I think I shall stay in my own club thank you, where I can look at your group as amusement and in amazement. So what if I don’t have so many members? Well, how can I put this without offence? That’s because we bitches are not so common! Oh! By the way, just to appear an all round nice person, and I said appear, I could do some charity things and then surely everyone would think more of me and no-one could say a bad word about me, while I could say anything I liked; well let me dispel that rumour considering you probably have about 500 friends at least on Facebook then maybe 100 business associates and you raised about 300 Euros.
That’s sad! The one and only charity I did raise about 5000 Euros in 1 hour but then I did contact my rich bitch list
Till next month, keep your friends close................!

Salmon Fishing in the Yemen: Orion 20th anniversary edition Paul Torday Winner of the Bollinger Everyman Wodehouse Prize for Comic Fiction 2007 An unusual and delightful debut that all lovers of A Short History of Tractors in Ukrainian will adore. Normally I find novels written in emails, memos, diary entries and the like, such as this is, irritating but this succeeds on all levels. The different strains of the madcap story, reported in different voices, works a treat and as the characters are developed and the plot unfolds, so your interest is held. Part political satire, part scientific experiment, part spiritual enlightenment and part love story, it is highly accomplished, lightly amusing, unexpectedly touching and very rewarding. This is the story of Dr Alfred Jones, a fisheries scientist - for whom diary-notable events include the acquisition of a new electric toothbrush and getting his article on caddis fly larvae published in ‘Trout and Salmon’ - who finds himself reluctantly involved in a project to bring salmon fishing to the Highlands of the Yemen - a project that will change his life, and the course of British political history forever.

The Iron Lady Director: Phyllida Lloyd Biopic The most striking aspect of Phyllida Lloyd’s Margaret Thatcher biopic The Iron Lady (2011) is in its treading-oneggshells approach to dealing with the politics that made the grocer’s daughter from Grantham such a polarising figure. Whilst Lloyd has since made it explicitly clear that that was her intended approach in depicting the Iron Lady (played magnificently by Academy Award winner Meryl Streep), those of us who grew up in a country divided by the ominous shadow cast by Thatcher may feel a little shortchanged.unlikely friendship around a secret writing project - one that breaks society’s rules and puts them all at risk. HoroscopeS Your future as foretold by the Sabinillas gipsy
VIRTUAL HUMOUR
GEMINI
(May 21-June 21)
With Venus by your side, this month will be one of the most romantic periods of the past years. The first favour Venus will do you is that will boost your magnetism. You’ll be charming, sexy, and you’ll seduce effortlessly. People will generally be drawn to you, but particularly the opposite sex. And when you have your eyes on somebody in particular, the success is almost guaranteed.
SAGITTARIUS
(November 22 - December 21)
You’ll be among the favourite signs this month. Venus, the planet of love and harmony, will be in your house of relationships. There’s no better position for the couple life. If you already have a stable relationship, Venus promises warmth and understanding, good mood and a lot of fun together with the dear one. If you’re looking for love, Venus will probably come with a tempting offer.
CAPRICORN
CANCER
(December 22 - January 19)
There won’t be too many changes in the sentimental area. You’ll be sociable to a great extent but it’ll be at a group level, within reunions with friends. When it comes to “one to one” relationships, you’ll feel a certain embarrassment, a sensation of frustration or deprivation. One way or another, your expectations won’t be met this month. Maybe your expectations are too high.
It’s not very clear how you are on the sentimental matters, but with the flesh ones you’re all right. You’ll have great sexual appetite which could take you to new adventures or provide special erotic experiences by the side of the partner you already have. This month will be an excellent period to set yourself free from inhibitions, to have access to some information that will improve your private life, to experience, to break new physical limits.
(June 22-July 22)
LEO
(July 23-August 22)
The couple life will unfold smoothly, without complications, maybe due to the fact that this month the passionate predispositions will somehow cool down and be replaced by benevolent, relaxed tendencies. This doesn’t mean, though, that you won’t love, experience romantic moments or have fun. On the contrary, you might have a great time with your partner, go out together a lot, travel together and make future plans together.
VIRGO
(August 23-September 22)
As long as Mars is by your side (until the beginning of July 2012), you can rely on a lot of sexual vigour and on an active and enterprising attitude in all directions, including the sentimental one. The passionate tendencies will be strong enough to cancel shyness and prudence that usually characterize you. Your wishes will be more fervent, more urgent and alive.
LIBRA
(September 23-October 22)
AQUARIUS Venus, the planet of love, will be in your house of passion and eroticism this month. What other astral combination could be more favourable to happiness than this one? Sentimental relationships tend to be harmonious and fulfilled. You have big chances to spend beautiful moments with a person that looks good, behaves nicely and has a lot of tenderness to offer.
PISCES
(February 19-March 20)
Mars resumed its straight movement in your house of couples in the middle of the previous month, it will try to get back to its average speed and its usual functioning pace. The sentimental involvement will be equally intense, the attention will be focused on the relationship, but everything will unfold in a more natural, relaxed way. If there have been problems, there’ll be solutions. It’s time for barriers to disappear.
ARIES
(March 21-April 19)
Relationships will be dynamic, marked once again by changes. If you are the one to initiate the change then this could be a lovely month. It’ll be the same if you meet the challenges from the outside. However, it won’t be very good if you always stick to the same position, if you’re too conservative, stubborn or authoritarian. Try to be playful, adolescent, intelligent and optimistic.
SCORPIO
(April 20-May 20)
(October 23-November 21)

Resolving to surprise her husband, an executive’s wife stopped by his office. She found him with his secretary sitting in his lap. Without hesitating, he dictated, “...and in conclusion, gentlemen, shortage or no shortage, I cannot continue to operate this office with just one chair.
( January 20-February 18)
With Uranus in your house of couples you’ll always be active. Uranus loves action, experiments, novelty, changes. This is something you must not forget because Libra’s relationships will be under the influence of Uranus until 2018, and those who forget to supply what it wants could deal with the consequences. You will need extra effort, because Mars, the ruler of your house of couples, won’t be in a very happy position.
The couple life will be very active in this month. Jupiter, the Sun and Mercury promise a lot and demand a lot. They are very enthusiastic because they communicate, stimulate and interact. The couple life will get much more emphasis, it’ll become the top interest. This month brings stronger need for love and sympathy with the other one, doubled by a great thirst for free expression of feelings.
“Yes, I came face to face with a lion once. And as luck would have it, I was alone and without a gun.” “What did you do?” “What could I do? First, I tried looking straight into his eyes but he slowly came toward me. I moved back, but he kept coming nearer. I had to think fast.” “How did you get away?” “I just left him and passed on to another cage.”
The San Francisco Zoo has an elephant named Calle who has a chronic illness, requiring medication. The zoo people couldn’t get Calle to take her dose orally, so a pharmacologist developed an anal suppository. The 10-inch-long, four-pound, cocoa-butter bullets are crafted by the good folks at Guittard Chocolates in Burlingame. Administering the DAILY medication takes five zoo workers, including one person to distract Calle with treats and one person who wears a full-arm glove. FIVE people have jobs worse than yours. Now stop complaining and get back to work!
This is a story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody. There was an important job to be done and Everybody was asked to do it. Everybody was sure Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that, because it was Everybody’s job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn’t do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done. A woman walked into the kitchen to find her husband stalking around with a fly swatter. “What are you doing?” She asked. “Hunting Flies” He responded. “Oh! Killed any?” She asked. “Yep, 3 males, 2 Females”, he replied. Intrigued, she asked. “How can you tell?” He responded, “3 were on a beer can, 2 were on the phone”.
YES IT’S TRUE
TAURUS
Time has come for restriction-free love, adventure and passion! Mars resumed its straight movement in the middle of last month, will now speed up in your house of eroticism. You’ll overflow with sentimental energy, and the force of your sexuality will be climactic. Nobody will be able to resist your radiant and appealing charm. On the other hand, if you’re interested in somebody, you won’t have reserves anymore, as you did in the past. www.webexpressguide.com
