Practice your putting stroke to this rhythm, focusing on maintaining the same tempo from start to finish. This drill will help you develop a smooth, even-paced stroke that is critical for good putting
Additionally, ensure your grip pressure is light. Gripping the putter too tightly can disrupt your rhythm and cause a jerky motion. Keep your hands relaxed, allowing for a fluid stroke

Por cuarto año consecutivo, la temporada de polo de verano en Sotogrande está organizada por el Ayala Polo Club, tras haber sido anteriormente gestionada por el Santa Maria Polo Club. Los torneos se llevan a cabo en los tres campos del Ayala Polo Club y los cuatro campos de Los Pinos (Santa María) cerca de la Marina de Sotogrande.
La temporada de verano de Ayala Polo Club comenzó el 28 de mayo de 2024 con la Welcome Cup y la KE Sotogrande Cup (del 25 de mayo al 2 de junio de 2024), y continuó con la Joseph McMicking Cup (del 6 al 16 de junio de 2024) y el Open de España (del 20 al 30 de junio de 2024). Luego se celebran los torneos más importantes de principios de verano: el Memorial M Prado y Colón de Carvajal y la Copa Enrique Zóbel, en homenaje al fundador del polo en Sotogrande (del 4 al 14 de julio de 2024).

Saving in the kitchen
1) Fill the dishwasher and washing machine to optimal load, as this can save up to 40 litres per wash cycle
2) Did you know that a single tap can drip more than 90 litres a week? Ensure they are fully closed after using them
3) If you have to pour water away, never do it in a dry area Use it to water plants or the garden instead
4) Don’t use the washing machine on half load Every time you use the washing machine, it uses up an average of 95 litres of water, and a full load uses less than two half loads
5) If you ’ re going to buy a washing machine, look for one with “ECO-PRODUCT” specifications, as this will help save electricity as well as water

in the bathroom
1) Place a bottle full of water in the toilet cistern, as this will save up to two litres of water every time you flush
2) Avoid flushing the toilet more than necessary A sheet of toilet paper, an insect or the husk of a sunflower seed are not sufficient reason to flush the toilet and waste a cistern full of around 10/12 litres of water
3) Having a daily five-minute shower rather than a bath can save up to 400 litres of water a week
1) Use water from the fish tank to water your plants, as it is very rich in nitrogen and phosphorus, both of which are considered excellent fertilisers
2) If you water your garden, don’t leave the hose unattended Use a kitchen timer to remind you when to turn it off
3) Don’t over-water your garden Every four or five days in summer, and every two weeks in winter, is enough
4) For your garden, use indigenous plants Certain species need to be continually watered, whereas others survive needing much less care

Conversaciones con… es una actividad del Museo Picasso que posibilita la visita a una exposición de la mano de un experto historiador del arte o, como es el caso, de una artista. Así, el jueves 19 de septiembre, a la seis de la tarde, Lorea Alfaro ofrecerá una visita guiada por la exposición de María Blanchard que se despide a final de mes.
Lorea Alfaro es una artista que desde 2014 trabaja a través de la marca vacía L/\ (313a), como forma de crear un entorno protegido para generar imagen. Su trabajo, que se caracteriza por dejar aparecer una belleza tranquila, desnuda y directa.

El encuentro multicultural denominado “Moras y cristianas” que, con carácter anual viene celebrando el Ateneo Libre de Manilva desde hace tres años, contó en el año 2024 además de la sede habitual en Manilva, la de Sevilla.
En nuestra ciudad se celebraron una serie de actividades de distintas disciplinas culturales, entre las que destacarán la poesía, la música, la arqueología, el turismo, la gastronomía y la defensa del patrimonio de ambos países: Marruecos y España, contando con la presencia de importantes artistas, empresarios, periodistas y diplomáticos de ambas orillas de esa calle de agua que es el Estrecho de Gibraltar.
El objetivo de esta iniciativa es construir puentes y lazos que unan esos 14 kilómetros que separan los dos países y que asistamos a intercambios culturales que nos abrecen y propicien el entendimiento y el respeto entre dos pueblos hermanos como son el español y el marroquí.
En ediciones pasadas, han tenido lugar múltiples eventos como han sido presentaciones de libros, conferencias, mesas redondas entre mujeres empresarias de ambas orillas, recitales de poesía, conciertos de músicas andaluzas y árabes, excusiones de ámbito arqueológico, degustaciones de comida típica de las dos culturas, representaciones de obras de teatro, visitas a museos, yacimientos arqueológicos, museos etnológicos, pueblos moriscos andaluces…
La temática principal es la mujer en todas sus dimensiones, para su empoderamiento y adquisición de derechos que se les venía negando hasta el momento, hasta alcanzar la total igualdad y equiparación con el hombre
La presencia de hombres que secundan esta idea es también uno de los aspectos importantes de estos encuentros multiculturales, pues no tendría sentido que todas las participantes fueran exclusivamente mujeres.
El artífice, creador e impulsor de este macro evento es Ahmed Ksiri, presidente del Ateneo Libre de Manilva, que se propuso hace ya unos años derribar los muros que separan a los dos pueblos hermanos separados por el Estrecho de Gibraltar y lograr que estemos conectados de forma permanente a través del poderoso lazo de la Cultura Solo mediante el conocimiento de la idiosincrasia del vecino podemos respetar, admirar y anhelar sus rasgos, costumbres y tradiciones.
