Retail double chalet (4.6mx1.5m) £250 + VAT per day Option 1 (12 days): £3000 +VAT Option 2 (12 days): £3000 +VAT Option 3 (24 day duration): £6000+VAT Discount option available for brands choosing to do the full 24 day duration.

Catering chalet £ TBC per day +VAT 24 day duration: £ TBC +VAT Payment terms will be in two equal installments. First 50% due on booking. Final installment due 14 weeks prior to the event (August 2020) Lighting/power package: £12 +VAT per day (see next slide for full details) SECURITY BOND: An security bond of £250 will be included in your final invoice to cover damage to chalets and misuse of facilities and amenities. This deposit will be returned by 31st January 2021. No chalet keys will be issued without this bond being paid. There will also be an additional deposit of £10 required when you receive you Chalet Key, (should you lose your key this will be used to replace it !)

All BACS transfers need to have a reference of your brand name and “ChiCath2020” event name.
