Where is table design headed in 2020?
There are so many different looks available to couples now that the emphasis is firmly placed on making it personal. This means we'll be seeing a lot more of an eclectic nature to table designs rather than the typical common 'themes' like boho, luxury or rustic. Couples really want their wedding to be like no other, more so than ever before, be it with bolder colour choices (executed in a chic, timeless way), unusual floral or foliage elements, or intricately thought out stationery designs. The focus is on details, but not making a table cluttered - the Hinch effect is strong! Couples are choosing thoughtful items rather than throwing everything at a design - less is more, and what is chosen must be beautiful and have meaning - bonus points for upcycling things the couple already own too!

What lighting trends will we see in 2020?
Lighting continues to favour bold statements as seen in 2019 - from chandeliers and festoon lighting, to wicker and bamboo echoing interior trends for Nordic chic.
What will carry over from 2019 into 2020?
Eco chic started in earnest in 2019, with couples being very determined to find ethically sound items for their wedding that satisfy their own lifestyle choices. From compost able cut lery, to donat ing florals to nursing homes and hospitals, couples are keen that their wedding reflects their own moral stand points, especially when it comes to climate change. Plastic free weddings will become evermore popular into 2020 and beyond. Couples are often now preferring to book suppliers based on their eco and fairtrade credentials, not just on their skills or services alone, and this is set to continue in an even bigger way next year.
