WHO AM I My name is Alex Chang, and my hobbies are photography, music, planting, playing basketball, drinking coffee, camping and outdoor activities. I like art creation and really interested in design working. Especially in spatial planning. Because my parents often took me to outdoor activities when I was young, and the enthusiasm for the natural environment was accumulated since I was young. I liked and hoped that I could create a friendly and beautiful environment, so I chose the Department of Landscape to study, hoping to find my own field in the department. Facing every challenge with a positive attitude.

Facing the urgent urban life, staying away from big cities and getting close to nature outdoors has become a leisure vacation for many residents.

The glorious historical development of the mines in the past has led to the progress of the

HISTORICAL BACKGROUND

Wanfang Community-the name taken from the two mines of "Bandung" and "Fangchuan" In the 1950s, the developed coal mine economy drove the

development of the community and brought many employment opportunities At one time, as many as 500 miners made a living relying on the benefits of black gold. With high pollution and changes in energy demand

After two stoppages, production ceased. The history of the mine is gradually Taipei

forgotten. Now it is difficult to find the old mine site.

FANGCHUAN MINE

Located between the old Defeng Coal Mine (Bandung) and the Old Asahi Coal Mine

(Fangchuan) in the early days, the mining area is

the largest of the seven pits in Wenshan, and the mining names are 1052 and 1945.

19 49

The mine site was originally the Baozikeng area of Muzha Bojia, located on the current Wanfang Road. The mining name is No. 3210, which was originally the Asahi Coal Mine.

Due to the forced repatriation of the Japanese in Taiwan by the National Government, the company was forced to change ownership and merged with the mining pit No. 777, renamed Fangchuan Mine, and the mining rights belonged to Fangchuan Mining Co.

19 74

First shutdown It rained heavily in Muzha, and the flood rushed into the mine, forcing Fangchuan Coal Mine to suspend work for the first time. The Jingmei River embankment has also been raised by five meters

Second shutdown Flood water once again flooded into the mine, this time there were 23 miners stranded in the tunnel. After the June 3rd Flood, due to heavy rains and reduced demand for coal mines in Taiwan, mining stopped

The Taipei City Government began to build a

The Taipei City Government began to implement block expropriation, expropriating civil land to build Wanfang community

Wanfang Community is a demonstration community built for the baby boom in the urban plan. It can be seen from the population composition that there is a large proportion of the old and young people. Therefore, during the planning period, many parks and green spaces were specially set up for residents to use.

HISTORICAL BACKGROUND

Gomach Ruins, a place full of historical memory. From the ancient Pabola people, the shrines during the Japanese occupation period, the army barracks during the Nationalist government, to the present cultural heritage park, everything that happened in Qingshui Town is recorded.

+ Game Board Mapping

1. Open the axis of the site boundary : Use the elevated pedestrian and land bridge system to layer the multi-dimensional square space, making it not only a transition zone, but also a space suitable for staying. Use the stone of the shrine road during the Japanese occupation period as the guide for the pavement of the square, and arrange the tree array to form several guide layers

2. Continuing the visual sequence of the back road:

The square outside the park not only

Walking up the road all the way up, the view of the sky gradually changes from vertical to horizontal, and the elevated land bridge is introduced into the design as a sky image, so that you can see the open when you walk up square

serves as the connection point between

Qingshui City and Aofeng Mountain, but also acts as an intermediate point

between the bustling city and the quiet mountain forest. It strikes a balance

between the two, retains ethnic and spatial memories, and uses local

materials for design. . Make the base a space for daily use by local residents,

and enhance the connection between life and historical memory.

3. An open and comfortable atmosphere: The serious atmosphere of the site is no longer there. The open atmosphere of today's society is brought into the square, and multiple stops are set up to provide users with free activity space. The arrangement of the tree array is also used to create space under the tree (semi-open) and square (open), so that the activity space has more imagination
