WENDOVER CELEBRATES

In the light of the issues relating to Covid-19 (the corona virus) we regret that we find the only sensible option now open to us is to postpone the Wendover Celebrates event planned for 24 May 2020.

We have held on for as long as possible in the hope that we could run the event, but it has become apparent that doing so might increase the problems we all face. Additionally, our audience tends to be in the family age groups and we are particularly sensitive to that fact. We would like to apologise to everyone who was looking forward to the event and we have appreciated your supportive messages over the last few weeks.

We feel the only option to ensure the best event for all is to postpone it until this time next year, so the event will now take place on Sunday 30 May 2021. All entertainers, stall-holders and caterers who are already booked will be contacted separately and given the chance to transfer their booking to the new date. We hope that Wendover Celebrates 2021 will be just as good or better than this one would have been.
