‘Don’t hide but fly by!’ We as the Committee Wervingsdagen like to see our three main events as a path leading to your first job. The Skill Sessions are organized to help you prepare for your first job application and increasing your skillset all together, hoping to smoothen your transition from student to employee. The Career Expo can help you make a better selection of companies which might be the perfect match for you. We hope you experienced the Career Expo as such and now present you our final event: the Interviewing Days. After your first chance to get in contact with companies in March, we now offer you the possibility to explore them better during the Interviewing Days in April. For those of you in the final stages of their study, the moment has come up to get to know these companies in depth. When subscribing for the Interviewing Days, you can indicate the companies you are particularly interested in and upload your resume. One or more of those companies might invite you for lunch, dinner or an one-on-one conversation with their recruiters. This is a great opportunity for you to obtain your first job or narrow down your own selection of potential future employers. To help you find your way among all these big players, we have composed this brochure for you. It contains a description of all the companies which will partake in the Interviewing Days. Many of them have also been present during the Career Expo, but this guide also contains new companies. Take a look and find out which companies interest you. Do not hesitate to subscribe, since it can be your first step in your life after studying. I hope to see you at the Interviewing Days.

RECTOR MAGNIFICUS ‘Are you the new super potential?’ I bid you a warm welcome at the Interviewing Days , the third and last part of the Wervingsdagen. Over the years, this TU/e career event has proven to be a major first step in the direction of a dream career for our students. Companies and recruiters who have discovered your talents would like to meet you from 18 - 21 April. As a TU/e graduate you are a problem-solver able to design new products, processes and systems. You are able to pick up new developments by yourself and focus on new societal challenges increasingly. You are the super potential they are looking for! For you it’s a perfect chance to find out how a company works and if there might be a match between the two of you. Proper preparation is essential for a good start of your career; a good start is half the battle. These Interviewing Days offer you a perfect chance to make the first step into the right direction. During the Interviewing Days, which will take place from April 18th till 21st at the Pullman Hotel Eindhoven, you will have the possibility to personally get in touch with one or more companies of your choice. For example, this could be one of the companies you contacted during the Career Expo. This is your chance to transform these contacts into something more, e.g. an internship or perhaps your first job. This by the means of an interview, or by having lunch or dinner with recruiters. In this brochure you can find all the participating companies, so you can make a selection of the companies that interest you.

INTERVIEWS During the week there is the possibility to have an interview with a company recruiter. Such an interview could be a first orientation in getting to know the company, but it could be a more serious application as part of a selection procedure as well. These interviews will have a variable duration from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the companies’ choice. On the Wervingsdagen website you can subscribe for these interviews.
