2633VT Vertical Tillage
VERTICAL TILLAGE TO MEET YOUR NEEDS
The 2633VT provides you a versatile tool that can be used to complete either primary or secondary tillage. If you’re looking to size residue, mix soil and create an ideal seedbed, the 2633VT is the tool for you. With a 21-degree front gang angle and a 19-degree rear gang angle this tool was created to have aggressive sizing and chopping ability in tough residue in the fall and to have finishing characteristics to build an ideal seedbed in the spring. The active hydraulic rolling baskets smooth and level the soil profile. With the 2633VT, you have the ability to run the rolling baskets (available with a round bar, flat bar or knife-edge basket) in three different positions: • Raised- raise the baskets in harsh, muddy conditions • Float- float the baskets to lightly fluff soil • Apply down pressure- adjust the basket pressure to provide consistent contact with the ground, provide a firm seedbed and shatter root balls.

Get your bearings and get improved productivity and less maintenance
Want bearing maintenance that you can customize for specific field conditions and soil types? Now you can. The 2630 Series Disks and Vertical Tillage implements, 2660VT, 2720 and 2730 Rippers all feature extended-life bearings, which are more durable and reliable than our previous bearings.
You can customize the maintenance for specific growing conditions and soil types. The bearing design allows for dynamic self-alignment to the gang bolt, rather than the limited alignment capability of trunnion-mounted bearings.
The advanced seal material is highly resistant to wear and damage caused by abrasive soil and residue, making it more durable and reliable than previous bearings. The flange-mounted bearing and sealing system features improved contamination resistance.
The multi-lipped sealing system is not damaged by frequent greasing. It allows the bearing to accept grease within the bearing as well as provide grease to the outer bearing surface to eliminate wear between the bearing and housing.
