PowerWest Athletics

PWA programs emphasize correct technical skating including stride development, agility, speed, balance, quickness, and readiness through the effect of edges. Our programs are unique in their program format, low ratio of instructors to participants, and are known for their professional skating instruction. Striding for excellence for 30+ years in coaching. Instructed by Mena Westhaver and her team of PowerWest Athletics coaches.
