A competitive non-impact sport?

Check out the Juan de Fuca Lawn Bowls Club. Lawn Bowling is a competitive sport open to all ages and levels (social, recreational, competitive and elite). The only equipment required is a pair of flat soled shoes (no heels.) Lawn Bowling is similar to curling except the jack is a moveable object. Men and women compete equally so it is enjoyable for couples. Social and recreational open bowls are played with optional attendance. Schedule or league bowling is available for the competitive. Our clubhouse hosts socials, BBQ’s and Pot Lucks.
