health Affirmations - do they work? Affirmations are statements that are fashioned to address and transform pattern of beliefs that may not serve or benefit our personal growth. Whether affirmation work or not depends on a couple of things. What matters foremost is that your affirmation has meaning to you, that it is something that is important to you! However, it is best to focus on what you do want, not on what you don’t want. It is also important to keep your affirmation short and in the present tense. Another important step is to state your affirmation daily doing so will re-connect yourself, on a daily basis, with your decision to make the positive changes in your life. You have the ability and the wisdom to engage in practices that encourage a sense of self-worth and call for self-responsibility. Implementing daily affirmations can provide for an exciting and powerful journey of discovering your inner worth and how to manifest it in daily life. It provides for the inspiration to break free from limiting belief pattern and conditioning. “Today I fully recognize that my inner worth has unlimited measure.” To Your Success! Glass Tiger

It’s been more than twenty years since Glass Tiger first topped the charts, and they are still masters of creating great songs. With five Juno awards and a Grammy nomination under their belt, world tours, hit singles, millions sold, top producers, and sharing stages with some of the biggest acts of all time Glass Tiger only performs when all members of the band are available to perform. This makes every performance a special one. Alan’s vocals are stronger than ever, and the band is tight and rockin’.

helping make theatre available to everyone Sponsor a child or family today Through our Theatre Angels Program we make tickets available to low income families and children with disabilities to attend selected presentations throughout our season. This increases exposure to the arts and promotes the inclusiveness of the theatre, as well as reaching children in poverty who would not otherwise have access to the arts. In order to respect the anonymity of the recipients, the tickets are given to non-profit, charitable organizations within our community for distribution. Last year, Tidemark was able to supply 123 tickets to the community through the program. These tickets were distributed to over 16 different non-profit organizations: John Howard Society, Campbell River Family Services, Beacon Club and Liachwiltach Family Life Society, to name a few. All of the organizations and individuals involved responded positively and are eager to continue with the program.
