Qi Gong (chi Gung) is a 5,000 year-old Chinese system for cultivating health. It involves gentle flowing movement, deep breathing rhythms and visualization techniques that enhance the flow of Qi-the energy that fuels your movements, thought and emotions. The class includes the use of the Body Pyramid, a foam wedge used to balance and strengthen your feet, realign your spine and open up major energy vessels of the body. STRETCH & STRENGTH
Increase flexibility, improve cardiovascular health and build strength with stretching and strengthening exercises.
