1 oz - McLure’s Pure Maple Syrup
Simple Syrup

1 oz - spiced rum
•
2 oz - club soda
infused with fresh rosemary
Featuring:
1. Bring 1 cup of McLure’s Pure Maple Syrup, 1 cup of water and about 2-3 five inch sprigs of fresh rosemary to a boil.
2. Turn off the heat and let the syrup steep for 8 hours. 3. Strain out the rosemary and store in mason jar. Keep refrigerated. Cocktail 1. Mix the simple syrup and rum in a shaker. Pour over ice, top with club soda and garnish with an orange slice (optional).
