WELCOME TO SPOKANE

Whitworth is located in the scenic and thriving city of Spokane, Wash., the third-largest urban area in the Pacific Northwest with a metropolitan population of 568,521.

“I come from Colorado, where everything is outdoors, so it’s nice to have that piece in Spokane as well.” – Casey McClure,

History/Social Studies and Secondary Education

The region’s temperate, four-season climate provides abundant clear days, and our students take advantage of many opportunities for biking, skiing/snowboarding, hiking, camping and climbing. They also enjoy the city’s popular restaurants, coffee houses and shopping destinations, as well as national touring concerts, Broadway shows and sporting events. Learn more about things to do in Spokane at visitspokane.com. Accommodations For information on hotels close to campus, please visit whitworth.edu/accommodations.
