What is HKPASS? HKPASS, or simply "PASS" stands for Hong Kong Public Affairs and Social Service Society. First founded in LSE around nine years ago, PASS is established in Imperial College in 2008 and Kings College in 2009. The aim of PASS is to promote awareness in Hong Kong related social issues through volunteering and acting as a platform for exchange of ideas on public issues of both Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. How is PASS going to achieve that? Your support! We aim at building a professional executive team and extend our member base to every discipline.
