Poster fraudster ordered to pay back £500,000
Adam Jeffreys, a counterfeiter convicted for creating and selling counterfeit posters, has been ordered to repay over £500,000 of his ill-gotten gains after being sentenced to more than three and a half years in prison.
The sentencing, which took place on 19th December 2023, followed extensive action by Lancashire County
Council's Trading Standards service to bring Jeffreys to justice for his fraudulent activities.
It has been revealed that Jeffreys amassed a profit of £1 million through his illicit sales, totaling an eyewatering £1,819,783.18.
However, at a proceeds of crime hearing held at Preston's Sessions House, the court determined that Jeffreys
had £514,052.77 available to repay. Failure to comply with this order could result in an additional five years added to his sentence.
In addition to the repayment order, the court also mandated the forfeiture and destruction of all items seized during the investigation, including counterfeit posters and a commercial printer.
Nick McNamara, representing Lancashire County Council's Trading Standards service, expressed satisfaction with the outcome, emphasizing the seriousness with which offenders like Jeffreys are pursued. McNamara commended the tireless efforts of the Trading Standards team in securing a successful conclusion to the case, asserting that legitimate businesses deserve protection from intellectual property theft.
Jeffreys, formerly residing on Skipton Old Road,
Colne, had previously been sentenced at Preston Crown Court for multiple offenses related to copyright infringement, trademark infringement, and fraudulent trading spanning from 2014 to 2021.
During the trial, it was revealed that Jeffreys operated a sophisticated counterfeit operation for seven years, selling tens of thousands of fake posters. The enterprise came to an abrupt halt when Trading Standards officers executed a warrant at his luxury farmhouse on 3rd November 2021, seizing incriminating evidence including a commercial printer and counterfeit posters.
relative for raising suspicions against him.
Despite Jeffreys' attempts to downplay his actions, claiming ignorance of wrongdoing, the court found him guilty of fabricating invoices and sending fictitious emails to mask the illegitimacy of his posters.
His deceitful practices extended to his day job with a leading UK poster manufacturer, whom he kept oblivious to his illegal activities, even going as far as blaming a
In sentencing Jeffreys to 43 months' imprisonment, His Honour Judge Jeffries KC denounced him as a "liar" who operated with blatant disregard for licensing and trademark laws.
The outcome of this case sends a clear message that counterfeiters will face severe consequences for their actions, and highlights the dedication of law enforcement and regulatory agencies to protect the integrity of businesses and intellectual property rights.

Preston Burglar Receives Lengthy Prison Sentence
In a significant development for Preston's community safety, Dale Thomason, 29, has been handed a robust prison sentence of eight years and four months for his involvement in multiple burglaries and threatening behavior involving a knife.
The sentencing, which took place at Preston Crown Court, follows Thomason's spree of criminal activities over a three-day period in August last year, during which he targeted several residences in Preston.
Thomason's crime spree commenced on August 19th when he unlawfully entered a property on Brixton Road, pilfering valuable items including an iPhone, a watch,
designer footwear, and a safe containing precious jewelry.
Continuing his reckless behavior, Thomason proceeded to burglarize a property on Isherwood Street on August 21st, where he brazenly attempted to detach a television from the wall and absconded with a purse, despite the homeowner being present.
Displaying utter disregard for the sanctity of others' homes, Thomason perpetrated another intrusion on the same day, this time at a residence on West Cliff Terrace. After forcibly entering the premises and confronting the occupants, Thomason brandished a knife, instigating fear and distress.
The culmination of Thomason's criminal activities occurred at a property on Riverside, Preston, where he callously stole electronic devices, a bicycle, assorted jewelry, and currency.
Following diligent investigative efforts and identification from CCTV footage, Thomason, who had no fixed address, was promptly apprehended later that day.
Having pleaded guilty to charges including threatening a person with an offensive weapon, three counts of burglary of a dwelling house, and common assault, Thomason now faces the consequences of his actions.
Detective Constable
Dave Hanna, of the South Burglary Team, condemned Thomason's actions, emphasizing the emotional and psychological toll inflicted upon the victims. Hanna reiterated the commitment of law enforcement to holding offenders accountable and ensuring justice for those impacted by burglary crimes.
The lengthy prison sentence handed down to Thomason serves as a stark reminder of the severe penalties awaiting individuals who engage in criminal behavior, and stands as a deterrent to others considering similar actions.
Preston residents are reassured that their safety and security remain paramount, with law enforcement agencies steadfast in their efforts to combat crime and protect the community.

New Children’s Homes Aim to Enhance Care for Vulnerable Youngsters Across Lancashire
Lancashire County Council is exploring plans to establish up to 15 new children’s homes, offering specialized care for youngsters with complex needs in the region. With discussions scheduled for the upcoming Cabinet meeting on April 11, these proposed facilities aim to provide vital support and stability for children in care, addressing the challenges posed by their unique requirements.
Currently, Lancashire operates in-house children’s homes that cater to children with more mainstream, lower-level needs and behaviors. However, accommodating children with complex needs within these existing facilities can be challenging, leading to the necessity of relying on costly private providers. The proposed new homes seek to bridge this gap by offering tailored care and support within the county’s own infrastructure.
Dave Carr, director of policy, commissioning, and children’s health at Lancashire County Council, emphasized the critical importance of providing appropriate care tailored to the individual needs of children in care. He highlighted the need to secure suitable homes in the right locations and at the right time,
ensuring the well-being and development of vulnerable children.
Enhancing home stability is a key focus of the proposed initiative, with the aim of improving outcomes for children residing in these facilities. Lancashire has a strong track record of operating high-quality children’s homes while maintaining strong ties with the local community. The proposed project aligns with this commitment to delivering effective care within a supportive environment.
The new homes project is estimated to cost approximately £15.1 million annually by 2027/28. In comparison, the current reliance on agency placements incurs costs of around £17.4 million, indicating potential cost savings of approximately £2.1 million. This investment reflects Lancashire’s dedication to providing sustainable, high-quality care services for vulnerable children across the county.
If approved, these plans could mark a significant step forward in Lancashire’s efforts to enhance support for children with complex needs, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve.
In addition to financial considerations, the proposed initiative underscores Lancashire’s commitment to safeguarding the well-being and future prospects of its most vulnerable residents. By investing in specialized care facilities tailored to meet the diverse needs of children in care, Lancashire aims to create a safer, more supportive environment where children can thrive and flourish.
As discussions progress, Lancashire County Council remains committed to engaging with stakeholders and community members to ensure that the proposed children’s homes align with the needs and aspirations of the local community. Together, they strive to build a brighter future for Lancashire’s children, where every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

A special visit has been made by The Princess Royal to a Lancashire museum
Local dignitaries, including the Lord Lieutenant and the High Sheriff of Lancashire, joined by council chiefs, welcomed The Princess Royal to Helmshore Mills Textile Museum in Rossendale.
Her Royal Highness toured Helmshore Mills, with museum service staff, Heather Davis, and Louise Jacobsson.
Ms Jacobsson said: “We were delighted to receive The Princess Royal at Helmshore Mills Textile Museum.
“We hope she enjoyed her tour, where she met staff, Higher Mill Museum Trustees, and members of the Helmshore Friends group. It was a brilliant opportunity to show her our historic textile machinery in operation, as well as our displays.”
On the tour, she was escorted through the two working mills; Higher Mill and Whitaker's Mill which are on Historic England's Scheduled Ancient Monument list.
Starting with a walk through the awardwinning Field to Fabric Garden, before entering The Wool Story Gallery, in Higher Mill, where she was shown very early spinning wheels and looms and a Spinning Jenny, a hand powered machine which can spin a number of strands of yarn at one time.
The procession went out onto the banks of the mill pond where the importance of water used to power the machinery and drive the Industrial Revolution in the 18th century was highlighted.
The group then descended into the Fulling and Milling Room to see the working 18ft diameter waterwheel which drove all the machinery in Higher Mill. Much work had been undertaken by the museum service team to ensure the waterwheel was in operation for this important visit.
Passing a number of other machines for washing the wool cloth and raising a pile on the cloth, the procession headed back into the Whitaker's Mill and the Revolution Gallery.
Here the displays tell the story of textiles manufacture from a totally cottage-based industry to a landscape of factory production for which Lancashire was famous.
Richard Arkwright, born in Lancashire, invented the most important spinning machine which came to be called The Water Frame and The Princess Royal saw the only surviving complete Water Frame in the world.
To close out the tour, The Princess Royal was given an explanation of the cotton and recycling process in The Devil Hole, where a demonstration was given of machines which process waste cotton, and visited the Spinning Floor for an exciting demonstration of the Spinning Mule which produces 716 strands of cotton all at once.
Finally, after unveiling a plaque she was invited to sign the visitor book and was presented with a commemorative tea-towel made with cotton from the mill and was given a posy of flowers to round out her visit.

Wonderwool Wales 2024: A Global Celebration of Welsh Wool and Fibres
Interactive Flock2Flight felt birds display heading to Wonderwool Wales 2024
One of the star attractions at this year’s Wonderwool Wales, the award-winning show that celebrates all that’s great about Welsh wool and natural fibres, will be an engaging display of felted birds.
The ‘Flock2Flight’ display, which measures 10 metres by three metres, is the creation of fibre artist Janna Turner and two friends, Alex Johnstone and Deborah Taylor Dyer. Wonderwool Wales is being held at the Royal Welsh Showground in Builth Wells on April 27 and 28, with 220 exhibitors.
Both Shepton Mallet based Janna, who runs Flocks2Felts, and Alex are no strangers to Wonderwool Wales. Janna was project lead and felting advisor to a special, eight-metre long exhibition entitled Alice in Wonderwool in 2022.
The eye-catching, hand crafted interpretation of Alice in Wonderland installation featured
an array of captivating characters, all crafted from felt and fibre.
This year, Janna will be featuring colourful birds in the display, some of which include wooden mechanics to make them fly. For example, there’s a small flock of swallows that fly in circles, a zipwire bird, a diving kingfisher, bird marionettes and hand puppets.
Janna has received help from her farmer husband, Dave, in putting together the wooden mechanics for the birds.
Largest of the static birds is two metre pelican and there’s also a flying phoenix with specially made
clay talons, flamingos, a peregrine falcon and many more.
booked online by the Wonderwool Wales website.
“There are about 20 different types of bird and I have designed the display to be interactive,” said Janna, who worked in a bird sanctuary in Cape Town before moving to England in 2003.
“When we did the Alice in Wonderwool display in 2022, people were not allowed to touch the exhibits. This time, I will be encouraging people to engage with the birds and have a play as they walk around. I just love seeing their reactions. There are also hand puppets for people to take selfies with.
“The display made its debut at Bath and West Showground last November and it took a couple of months for us to make all the birds. I am looking forward to taking it to Wonderwool Wales, as it will be nice to see familiar faces again.”
Money raised by the display will be donated to the Wales Air Ambulance, Wonderwool Wales’ adopted charity. Tickets for the award-winning, two-day show, which traditionally attracts more than 6,000 visitors, can be purchased online in advance at https://wonderwoolwales. ticketsrv.co.uk . There will also be tickets for sale at the gate costing £12 per day or £22 for the weekend. Young people aged 16 years and under have free admission.
This year’s event will see nine Woolschool afternoon workshops each day which has required the organisers to book extra space on the showground. The Woolschools, which give visitors the chance to learn or perfect their skills with help from an expert, can be
Another popular feature, the Sheep Walk fashion show, will keep the audience entertained on both days.
This year, all Wonderwool Wales visitors are being encouraged to knit, crochet or make and wear their own beanie or hat to add colour to the event. Stewards will be awarding vouchers to the best hats on both days.
Wonderwool Wales was first held in 2006 to promote the market for Welsh wool and to add value to products made by small wool and fibre producers in Wales.
The festival celebrates the green credentials of Welsh wool and its versatility as a material for creative crafts, designer clothes, home furnishings and more.
Wonderwool Wales covers everything from the start to the end of the creative process. Exhibits of sheep, raw and hand dyed fibres, yarn for knitting and crochet, embellishments, equipment, dyes and books can be found alongside superb examples of finished textile art, craft, clothing and home furnishings.

World of James Herriot - Explore & Discover
It’s easy to see why the World of James Herriot visitor attraction attracts visitors from all over the world. There’s so much to see and do here… It’s not just for fans of the books!
The 1940s home and surgery
Stepping through the famous red door of 23 Kirkgate, Thirsk is to step inside the World of James Herriot, the fully-restored site of his original 1940s home and veterinary practice (known in his books as Skeldale House, Darrowby) set in the heart of stunning Herriot Country.
The dining room and practice office
Explore this magical time-capsule, where the world’s most famous vet and one of the most popular writers of the twentieth century lived, worked and wrote his much-loved stories based on his experiences as a young veter-
inary surgeon working among the farming community of North Yorkshire.
The home retains many of the original furnishings in the family rooms, frozen in time.
The dining room doubled as the practice office, where farmers’ bills were typed up at the desk; the sitting room displays original books and family photos; the basement converted to an air raid shelter during the Second World War; the breakfast room favoured for its relative warmth and the reproduction of a typical farmhouse kitchen.
The original dispensary containing all potions great and small
As well as a family home, it was also a busy surgery with a dispensary crammed with fascinating ancient and bizarre remedies and the cramped and primitive consulting room that saw the treatment of many a poorly pet – only creatures small were dealt with by Alf in here!
Interactive Gallery
There’s no telling children ‘don’t touch’ in this gallery! Designed to engage children, young and old, the pieces use fun and interaction to educate visitors about farm animals and how they interact with our lives.
Full of fascinating facts, the gallery gives visitors the opportunity to test their skills, knowledge and reflexes whilst learning how vets work with farmers to keep animals fit and well. Not just for children!
There is one installation that TV viewers particularly will recognise and that’s the ‘not to be missed’ opportunity to place your hand up a cow’s bottom! An essential skill that every vet has to learn, All Creatures Great and Small actor Christopher Timothy famously did his part on several occasions, much to
the amusement of the cast, crew and viewing public!
Herriot Memorabilia
The World of James Herriot houses the largest collection of Herriot memorabilia in the world – from books, posters and letters to ornaments and collectables.
The Memorabilia Room is dedicated to displaying items that were instrumental in James Herriot’s writing career.
TV Studios
Take a close-up look behind the scenes of a reproduced set from the BBC series All Creatures Great and Small and experience the fascinating world of the TV studio and what was involved in the making of the TV program. You can be the star of the show! Get in front of the camera and imagine yourself as Christopher Timothy playing James Herriot, Robert Hardy as the eccentric Siegfried Farnon, Peter Davison as Tristan Farnon, or Carol Drinkwater and Lynda Bellingham who both played James’ wife Helen Herriot. The series was a hugely popular show and had two runs from 1978 to 1980 (based directly on Alf’s books) and 1988 to 1990 (filmed with original scripts). The equipment on display shows just how far technology has moved on in TV and film, the huge cameras, endless cables, the intense heat from the lighting rigs all making life pretty uncomfortable for the actors involved.
The Austin Seven Car from ‘It Shouldn’t Happen to a Vet’
The latest addition to the centre’s collection is the original 1938 Austin Seven car, Registration JK 7443.
It appeared in the film “It Shouldn’t Happen to a Vet” with actor John Alderton as James Herriot, when it famously broke down in a river in the Yorkshire Dales.
Veterinary Science Rooms
There’s an incredible array too of veterinary paraphernalia from Herriot’s time as a young vet – in an era before advances in diagnostics, modern medicine and agricultural machinery. It is the largest collection in the world.
On display is a 4,000 piece archive showcasing veterinary instruments from the past to the modern day. These items chart the history and progress of the profession over the years. Some of the instruments appear primitive but were all designed for a particular purpose,
since refined and updated for the modern vet’s practice.
The display reveals the close link with veterinary surgeons and the armed forces, from the days of the mounted cavalry and horses pulling gun carriages and supply wagons in warfare. Even today, ceremonial horses and battle-trained guard and sniffer dogs are the responsibility of the Royal Army Veterinary Corp, formed in 1796.
Foldyard and The Farrier’s Workshop
Much of Alf Wight’s work took place in farms all over North Yorkshire. To the rear of the house you will find the Foldyard and The Farrier exhibits, both with which Alf would have been very well-acquainted.
The Foldyard (described as an enclosure for sheep or cattle) houses a collection of primitive-looking hand tools in everyday use in farms before machinery appeared. In the hands of skilled workers, however, these tools were most effective. The Foldyard provides an authentic setting for visitors to watch an exclusive short film of Alf Wight, his family and friends and the cast of All Creatures Great and Small.
In the Farrier’s Workshop. the role of the farrier, which combines skills of both blacksmith and vet, is brought to life in this interesting exhibit. Before tractors and combine harvesters, farming relied on manual labour and what limited mechanisation existed was driven by horses. Farriers were an integral support to this system until the inevitable march of progress.

Lancashire Cancer Survivor Advocates for Bowel Cancer Screening
Jaqui Houlker, a cancer survivor from Clayton-le-Moors, Lancashire, is lending her voice to the Bowel Cancer Awareness Month campaign, urging individuals to take up the offer of bowel cancer screening kits when received through the post.
When Jaqui, 61, received her bowel cancer screening home test kit in the mail, she wasted no time in seizing the opportunity for early detection. Having previously battled stage one breast cancer, Jaqui understands the vital importance of regular screening in catching cancer early and potentially saving lives.
Reflecting on her experience, Jaqui emphasized, "It showed to me just how vital it is to go for screening - either because it can catch cancer early or just to offer peace of mind that everything’s okay."
The bowel cancer screening programme in the North West has recently been expanded to include home testing kits for individuals
aged 54 to 74 registered with a GP. These kits enable individuals to collect a small sample of their stool, which is then sent to a lab for analysis to detect any traces of blood, indicative of bowel cancer.
Jaqui's proactive approach to screening led to the detection of traces of blood in her sample, prompting further tests and ultimately the removal of potentially precancerous polyps. Her story serves as a poignant reminder of the effectiveness of screening in identifying issues early, even in the absence of symptoms.
Dr. Neil Smith, primary care director at Lancashire and South Cumbria Cancer Alliance, underscored the significance of Jaqui's experience in highlighting the importance of bowel cancer screening. He urged individuals to prioritize screening and emphasized the need for accurate contact information with GP practices to ensure the timely receipt of screening kits.
The main symptoms of bowel cancer include changes in bowel habits, blood in the stool, abdominal pain, unexplained weight loss, and persistent fatigue. Dr. Smith stressed the importance of seeking medical advice if experiencing any of these symptoms, regardless of age or recent completion of a screening test.
As Bowel Cancer Awareness Month unfolds, Jaqui's advocacy serves as a powerful reminder of the impact of early detection in improving cancer outcomes. Her story encourages individuals across Lancashire to take proactive steps towards their health and
well-being by participating in bowel cancer screening initiatives.
A third of specialised services delegated to ICB from 1 April to join up care
On 1 April 2024, 59 specialised services were delegated to Lancashire and South Cumbria ICB from NHS England (NHSE). Specialised services support people with a range of rare and complex conditions. They often involve treatments provided to patients with rare cancers, genetic disorders or complex medical or surgical conditions.
Specialised services are not available in every local hospital because they have to be delivered by specialist teams of doctors, nurses and other health professionals who have the necessary skills and experience.
Before 1 April, all 177 specialised services were planned nationally and regionally by NHSE. Now, the responsibility for a third of those services has been transferred to Lancashire and South Cumbria ICB.
The main reason for moving
to ICB-led commissioning is to improve patient health and care, by supporting joined up care, and providing the opportunity to focus on population management, improving the quality of service, tackling health inequalities and ensuring best value.
This is part of the longterm plan to give integrated care systems (in our case
Lancashire and South Cumbria) responsibility for managing local population health needs, tackling inequalities and addressing fragmented pathways of care. You can find out more about specialised services and see the full list of specialised services that Lancashire and South Cumbria is now responsible for by visiting our dedicated webpage
Lancashire ex-headteacher shares ovarian cancer experience to raise awareness of symptoms
A former headteacher from Lancashire who is living with ovarian cancer wants more women to know the signs and symptoms of the cancer.
Gill Broom, 62, from Clitheroe, was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in November 2020.
She is a volunteer with the Dianne Oxberry Trust – a charity focused on raising awareness of ovarian cancer symptoms to people across the North West.
Dianne, who was one of the BBC’s longestserving presenters, sadly died from ovarian cancer on 10 January 2019.
Gill found out she had ovarian cancer almost a year later. She initially suspected something was wrong when she experienced post-menopausal bleeding while out shopping in September 2020. Postmenopausal bleeding is an uncommon symptom of ovarian cancer and is more common with womb cancer.
Fortunately Gill, contacted her GP urgently knowing it was a ‘red-flag symptom’.
After a series of tests, Gill went on to be diagnosed with clear cell ovarian cancer and underwent a hysterectomy and chemotherapy. She was then put on routine checks.
Unfortunately, around a year later in November 2021, a check-up identified some further evidence of cancer spreading to her lymph nodes which she had keyhole surgery to remove. Surgeons were able to remove the cancer and Gill is now monitored with regular blood tests. Her cancer remains stable, but she may need further treatment in future.
Gill, who works part-time for a card and gift business, said: “You don’t see as many leaflets or posters or hear as many stories about ovarian cancer, compared to breast cancer and cervical cancer. I wanted to try and help the Dianne Oxberry Trust help change that.
“As a headteacher I was used to speaking to people so now I do talks to help raise awareness of ovarian cancer and the signs and symptoms. I want everyone to know that it’s really important to see your GP if you suspect you have any potential symptoms of ovarian cancer and to go back and be persistent if you don’t get answers straight away.
“It’s always tempting to make excuses that it could be down to something else, but it’s better to go and get checked out and to be sure either way. Don’t leave it or put it off, just go!
"It’s scary, but for me personally it was scarier when I didn’t know what was wrong. Once you know, you have a plan and I can’t speak highly enough of the care I’ve received from the fantastic staff at Preston, Blackburn and Burnley hospitals.”
Dr Neil Smith, primary care director for
Lancashire and South Cumbria Cancer Alliance, said: “We are so grateful to Gill for sharing her experiences and helping to make others more aware of the symptoms of ovarian cancer, which can be vague, making it harder to spot in its earliest stages.
“If you’ve noticed any changes in your body, like a swollen tummy, feeling bloated or full more quickly, or an urgent need to pee, please don’t hesitate to contact your GP.”
Find out more about the signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer on the NHS website.
Symptoms of ovarian cancer include frequently having:
• a swollen tummy or feeling bloated
• pain or tenderness in your tummy or the area between the hips (pelvis)
• no appetite or feeling full quickly after eating
• an urgent need to pee or needing to pee more often
Other symptoms of ovarian cancer can include:
• indigestion
• constipation or diarrhoea
• back pain
• feeling tired all the time
• losing weight without trying
• bleeding from the vagina after the menopause
If something doesn’t feel right, or it’s been going on for a while, let your GP know. Finding cancer early saves lives. Visit the NHS website for more information.
UCLan Student Samiya Rahman Selected to Represent Great Britain in Baseball
Burnley's very own Samiya Rahman, a student at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), is gearing up to make her mark on the international stage after being named in the Great Britain women's 2024 spring extended roster for baseball.
The 26-year-old, hailing from Burnley, has earned her spot as an infielder, specializing in third base. Rahman's journey to national recognition culminated from her standout performance at the national trials in Slough earlier this month, where she showcased her exceptional skills and dedication to the sport.
Reflecting on her journey, Rahman expressed her disbelief at the turn of events, remarking, "My fairytale story really shows anything is possible. Baseball came to me unexpectedly, and I fell in love with the sport instantly."
Rahman's sporting prowess isn't confined to baseball alone. Having excelled in cricket during her primary school years, she quickly caught the eye of selectors, eventually representing Lancashire at under
13 and under 15 levels. However, it was her introduction to baseball in 2020, courtesy of a taster session delivered by UCLan baseball coach Jonathan Rodriguez, that sparked a newfound passion.
The Burnley native's relentless dedication to honing her skills over the past three years has now culminated in a coveted spot on the GB women's team roster. Rahman's commitment to excellence has seen her balance her studies in MSc Digital Marketing Communications at UCLan's Burnley Campus with her role as a graphic design assistant at Burnley Football Club, showcasing her ability to excel both on and off the field.
In addition to her academic pursuits and baseball achievements, Rahman has been a key player for UCLan's softball team, contributing to their success in the British Universities and Colleges Sport league. Her unwavering determination and pursuit of excellence have propelled her to represent the University at national level competitions, where she played an instrumental role in
securing league championships for both baseball and softball.
Rahman's selection to the GB women's baseball team is not only a testament to her individual talent but also reflects the
growing prominence of women's baseball in the UK sporting landscape. As she prepares to embark on this exciting journey, Rahman serves as an inspiration to aspiring athletes across Lancashire and beyond.
