Atesia Assicurazioni implements Unified Communication quality solutions of Wildix Atesia Assicurazioni together with Assitrento, one of the most prominent insurance companies of Trentino and Veneto, adopt Wildix VoIP solutions

Atesia Assicurazioni, an insurance company operating in the regions Trentino and Veneto, counting ten offices with the headquaters in Rovereto, introduces Wildix Unified Communication solutions, meeting in this way the growing needs of the company to optimize the telephony system and the communication processes and the quality of the services offered to the customer. Implementation of Wildix solutions was realized by Telefonia Alto Adige, the company based in Bolzano, the member of the Brennercom group, the leading operator in the Region.

Atesia Assicurazioni was founded in 2009 by the professionals highly experienced in the insurance industry. Together with Assitrento Assicurazioni, the company founded in 2011, they represent one of the most significant insurance companies in the region, counting overall ten offices on the territory of Trentino and Veneto.

Luca Pascualetto, the co-owner and co-founder of Atesia Assicurazioni explains that the main necessity of the company was renewing the telephony infrastructure, such as networks, systems, PBXs, since the existing solution proved to be insecure and no longer able to comply with the growing needs of the business. After a detailed examination of the market, the company has chosen Wildix, the company that produces and develops Unified Communication solutions, specialized in VoIP. The installation has been shortly realized by the partner Telefonia Alto Adige.

Wildix VoIP PBX, the Wildix Multimedia System that manages all the internal and external communications of the company was installed in the main office of Atesia.

The comprehensive system of Wildix links all the offices situated in Trento, Riva del Garda, Ala, Avio, Mori, Brentonico, Affi, Garda and Folgaria to the main office.

Thanks to the WMS Network, the private Wildix cloud, all the locations are now connected in one fast and secure corporate network.
