JAQU E L I N E F L E M I NG 1)For those few folks that don't know you, where you from and what's your background? I am originally from Copenhagen,Denmark Grew up between New York, St,Louis and Chicago. Later in life i relocated to New Orleans and Los Angeles where i am now Bi -costal. I am an actress, private acting coach for a select few Film and television kids, film producer, content creator and director. 2) How did you get into Acting? I auditioned for a play when i was 7 years old and got the part of Dorothy in the wizard of oz and i never looked back. 3)Did you have any family or friends influence? No. I had the support and encouragement of some family members but no one really understood the arts and entertainment world. I just remender everyone stressing that i get an education/ degree. 4) What was your first role? My first professional role was a small speaking part in a movie called Losing Isaiah starring Halle Berry. 5)With all your success over the years what would you say has been your biggest hurdle? My biggest hurdle has been focus and the ability to sit still and be alone and work on my goals. That takes so much discipline and i couldnt do that until i got much older . Another hurdle was balance until i got much older. i have a lot going on and balance, focus and discipline is my foundation. I can sit by myself on a Friday night all alone when the world is out socialising and work on my goals. 6) Do you feel that there are now more diverse roles for women and more diverse roles for an African American actress? Not really, I mean what do you mean by diverse? Are we being considered for great roles regardless of our ethincity or are we being consireded for all kinds of roles in spite of our ethnicity. I dont see the diversity. I see the type cast andthe same people playing the roles that could go to an African American actress. I mean I know their trying but Hollywood has to try a lot harder. 7) What would be your dream role and who would you liketo co-star or be directed by,
PH OTO BY J K PHOTO G R APH Y
6
My dream role is a series regular television role and this character is so layered. she is strong yet vulnerable. I am really open to all kinds of professions. I just want incredible writing and story lines. I love action soif i had a series like SWAT,BLUE BLOODS, WALKING DEAD,CHICAGO PD i would faint.. but i am open.. so many juicy roles to play on TV. For film same thing.. great writing, great story. I can do all genres in film. I am open, I love movies. Every friday night i was at the movie theatre. I love movies and
love all genres. 8) Its been a challenging time for the film industry over the past year or so with th "ME TOO' expose, how have you found attitudes within the film industry? I personally never experienced any disrespect or harrasment and my heartgoes out to all that have. 9) Do you still have acting school and what inspired you to set that up? I closed my acting studio in 2016 and relocated to Los Angeles. It was based in Louisiana. What inspired me to open it was the lack of resources for actors post Katrina in Louisiana. I was doing some volunteer work in New Orleans in a hospital childrens hospital, and a nurse asked me was i an actree and i was like yes why? and he said can you teach my daughter acting. He said we've seen you on some tv shows.. I had no idea the staff would catch me periodically on tv in the hospital rooms. So i coached the nurses daughter and helped her get a really big audition and she booked the role and they did an article on her in the newspaper and the next thing i know everyone was trying to get me to help their kids who wanted act so i ended up opening a acting studio and it was an incredible 8 years mentoring and coaching actors in Louisiana . alot of success stories. 10) What advice would you give to anyone who wants to get into acting? Save up a bunch of money. Its an expensive art form , be in an area where you get actor training and acting opportunities , be passionate about it, understand the business side to it, create your opportunities and have a lot of faith and patience... 11) What are you now working on, promoting or is to be released? I was recurring on a tv series "SISTAS" on BET this past year, having a starring role in a tv pilot called " BY DESIGN" on the UKW channel on Roku, directing my first film "Deadfall" and having a supporting lead role in the movie " Dont Look Back" out 2020 fall also a starring role in the short film "TMI" to be also released soon, am also a producer credit on a big budget film (press release forth coming) i can't mention name of project and i am pitching content from my production company and private coaching Kids actors who are established in the entertainment industry. Start filming a lead role on a movie called the "Vagabonds" on a few weeks and "Hell on the border" the lions gate movie just landed on cable. I guess that's everything i dont know i amworking around the clock. 12) If you could find one good thing to say about the 2020 so far what would it be? Covid made me a beast.

ARUNA BANSAL
I have had 2 arranged marriages and both ended. I could have easily hidden away, but I didn't. I dated a Patel at university but we weren't allowed to get married, so I came back home heartbroken. Shortly thereafter I was introduced to my first husband, but was thrown out after 2 months by the in-laws because the dowry wasn't enough. On honeymoon, my husband said your parents didn't buy a house or a car. I was only 21. It took me 2 years to get my clothing, personal toiletries etc back because they wouldn't return them without going through court. My second marriage ended after 8 years as my ex insisted on still seeing his, and even on honeymoon wanted to wear gifts from her. This photo was taken when I had just split up from my ex when my daughter was 4. I drove to Manchester with her in the back to see friends. I found it liberating as I had never had the courage to drive so far until then. (London being the furthest, as my ex used to drive us everywhere). I'm happy to share my experiences. Let's not shy away from our past as we are stronger as a result of it! The stigma of being a single parent, was for the older generation with the dowry demands. Let's be the change. I hope my story shows that there is light at the end of the tunnel, and no matter how hard things get, it's only temporary. Please never be ashamed of who you are or what you've been through, and don’t ever hesitate to reach out. The network was started on the social networking site meetup in 2011. It was intended to get Asian single parents and their kids out interacting with each other for fun, support and friendship, and to enhance lives in the process. Separated, widowed, divorced, single by choice, living apart can all fit into the category of a single parent family. No matter how you arrived in your current situation, it’s important for families and children to know they are not alone. We have members all over the UK, including London and the South East, such as Kent, Sussex, Surrey, in the Midlands and surrounding areas. For regional areas, we have WhatsApp groups so members get to know each other better.

We are active hosting a mixture of fun activities for both parents and kids and experiences that are priceless. Daytime events for both Parents and their children: These have included activities such as a trip to London Zoo, picnic and play in various parks, bowling, ice skating, trips to the seaside, attending festivals such as the Tall Ships Festival in Greenwich, cultural events such as Holi, Diwali in Trafalgar Square, Vaisaki at Gravesend Gurudwara and Eid related events. These are just some of the many events we have held and are suitable for all ages.Evening events for parents: these are for the
adults only to have a night off! Including things such as a nice meal; drinks or a Bollywood event.Holidays: We have been away on weekend breaks and holidays, and hope to do a lot more of these in the near future especially overseas! The Events: The majority are currently being held virtually at the moment, such as a weekly catchup Thursday evenings for parents, exercise classes, movie nights, quizzes and a variety of other sessions. We’ve also had a number of Q & As with experts who’ve answered our member queries e.g. family lawyer, mortgage strategist etc. We’ve held face-to-face events too since lockdown easing with and without children, for example, meet in the park with kids, hiking on child free weekends for the parents. It’s a very active network and there’s always something being planned! WhatsApp groups by area. Meet other single parents in your area for support, advice and get togethers. We have groups, for example, for NW London, East London, Kent, Sussex, Surrey, the Midlands etc., all over the UK. These are just a few of them.Partner Offers: Our partners have offered our members a number of discounts and offers. Member Privacy: An additional benefit is that member information is not shown on the new platform at all in the way that it is shown on meetup. It is a private space for members to receive suppor.other Benefits:,Meeting like minded adults who are going through the same experiences. It can be invaluable to speak with others who have been where you are and are willing to share their own tips for getting through.Although your best friends may be able to lend a listening ear and sympathise with you, true empathy will come from others who are going through a similar life experience. It is also sometimes difficult to talk to family and friends because of the stigma attached within our culture.Having company when doing activities rather than on your ownFriendship opportunities for children which exist outside of their everyday sphere. This also helps with kids who feel different to their peers who may live in two parent households,There are so many reasons to join, rather than not!!

EMMA PINNOCK SHARES HER THOUGHTS AND VIEWS ON T H I S S U M M E R S W O R L D D E B AT E O N B L M A N D R A C I S M , TA K I N G T H E K N E E A N D R I G H T S F O R A L L .
ITS TIME TO TALK I’m not sure how I feel about writing this blog and how I genuinely feel about the state of the world we are in. My uncharacteristic silence speaks deeply and also speaks to the hurt I feel and have experienced. The hurt that is now being mirrored across the world.I am often challenging when it comes to speaking about the position of black people in the world. I have had many a debate with friends, family and colleagues sharing my thoughts on the social mobilisation of black people. I am inclined to challenge the internal rhetoric of my people to see us rise and to limit the strength of the historical tether that once held us in bondage physically (I will come back to this In light of recent events) and has succeeded in holding us in psychological bondage for decades. The issue of race is complex, I will not speak for every black person in this blog, but I will speak as one who stands in this diverse group, as one who has a voice that I own and have learnt to appreciate through the journey. i So, what’s the issue? In light of recent events, 2020 has become the year of the uncomfortable, pain filled, secrets buried, resources not shared, family reunion. We have seen the equivalent of two families who have been separated by favouritism, misunderstanding and a lack of real communication, finally come face to face. For generations this family have known and felt things about each other that could not be addressed so were suppressed.Along the way some family members have worked out their stance and have enjoyed each other’s company without restraint or resentment. Others have politely danced around each other and returned to their camps when necessary. While others have held the deeprooted thoughts and feelings of their forefathers, making progress impossible, unequal, frustrating and a matter of life and death for many .
E MMA PIN N O CK
16
Meanwhile, the other side of this dysfuctional family has been stripped from their wealth, culture and identity. This side of the family are not allowed to forget the history because they have to continually fight for fair opportunities, for equal unbiased access to services, in some instances the right to life. When this side of the family unites and selfmobilises, it is met with resistance, Oklahoma (1921) and workplace inequality are a few examples. This side of the family also have to battle against the negative gossip and thought processes of some of their relatives. Many have developed thick skin in the face of adversity. Many are internally and externally fighting for their identity. Whilst others are taking the system to task ensuring that their life matters. This side of the family have argued, lost children to inequality and pleaded with the other side of the family to listen and as a result have been labelled the black sheep. 3.Taking the knee The stories of George Floyd, Breyonna Taylor, Sandra Bland, Sheku Bayoh (insert multiple names here) all reflect the tensions in the family and how easily the physical tether is reemployed. Some members of one side so desperately and whole heartedly believe what their forefathers believed and created is the right way. They believe it so much that they can not take their knee off the neck of the family member who is saying I can’t breathe under this oppression, I can’t breathe under the inequality, I simply can’t breathe. So what this family member will do is protest, will take the knee in front of the flag, will become antiestablishment, will become angry, will find ways to say to you that they can’t breathe. Hopefully in ways that will not see them taking a last breath. For years that cry of ‘I can’t breathe’ has been ignored resulting in the erosion in the voice of humanity. Erosion in the voice of fairness and has suffocated the hope and resolve of many. The physical knee that was taken in the case of George Floyd was a violent act against progression. It was an act against humanity. It was an act against equality. It was an assault on the psychological wellbeing of the family, the whole family. That’s why all lives have to matter. That’s why conversations now need to be had. This is why both sides of this family have to open ear and heart to hear the pain and uncertainty of the family member who was placed in their position simply because of the colour of their skin.
4.The All lives matter debate This disparity is why the argument that All lives matter is being met with resistance. Saying Black lives matter is not about reducing the privilege of the family, it is about righting the balance for the cast out black sheep. It’s about letting the whole family exhale the air of the past. It’s about saying to you, our fellow human, that until Black lives matter, all lives can never matter, the whole family continues to lose. The fact that the ideologies of both sides have taken humanity to its knees, is proof that all of humanity is suffering under the weight of inequality. It’s time for everyone to stand equally. The fight to defend the All lives matter rhetoric only serves to speak into the invisibility and dehumanisation of black people shared in my previous blog. Yes, there is no dispute from me that every life matters. It’s time to ensure that in reality the black human life matters to 5 Where next? Let’s dismantle the social constructs that have led us here. Let’s really start having the conversations about race, wealth and oppression.I am encouraged by the increased social consciousness that has arisen out of this time. I am also encouraged by the reconciled family members who have all rallied together in protest, love and understanding. This is not simply a movement, it’s a move in. Let’s genuinely and honestly move into each other’s experiences and make room for each other as we do. Let’s genuinely and openly challenge ourselves to make this change a reality. Let’s ensure that all of humanity can breathe and not feel that taking the knee is justified. There is a long road ahead. A long road of healing for both sides. A long road of challenging mindsets and personally held beliefs. A long road to forgiveness and trust. A long road of personal, social and institutional change. This is the responsibility of all involved.Everyone is on a different part of this journey, some are coming to the conversation with resolve, anger and grief while some are coming to the conversation with uncertainty, lack of knowledge and guilt. Let’s meet each other where we are. Let’s make a commitment to change, to open communication and loving challenge. This is the only way we will see a lasting change in the fortunes of all humanity. It’s time to talk about race!

HER COMPELING STORY OF HER CONTINIOUS B ACHALASIA THAT EFFECTS 1 IN 100,000 PEOPL
At the age of 37 I would have never imagined that my world was about to take an unexpected turn. My grandmother had been ill for several years, so when she passed away peacefully, it was still a devastating shock. Little did I know, my world would become more upsetting. Days after my grandmother died I attended a planned hospital appointment which would investigate ongoing symptoms that I had. I was suffering from swallowing difficulties; being sick in my sleep, choking on food, regurgitating, drowning on fluids and drastic weight loss. I was unable to sleep lying flat, so had to always sleep with four pillows propping me up.
I was happy for this appointment as I would finally be told I officially had hiatal hernia (as my GP told me) and the problem would be resolved and my life could return to normal. I had my hospital appointment days after the passing of my grandmother which consisted of an endoscopy. The procedure was better than I thought it would be. The following morning I received a call from the hospital telling me that I needed to return the following morning for a manometry test. I asked what that consisted of and was very much fearful about the whole procedure. The following morning I attended the appointment with my daughter and the test was my worst nightmare. A tube was passed through my right nostril, down my throat, through my oesophagus and into my stomach. I had to have sips of water and swallow bits of bread. It was awful; I can honestly say it was the worst thing that I’ve experienced in my life so far! Anyway, after the test the consultant then nodded his head and diagnosed me. He told me that I had a rare disease which affects 1 in 100,000 people called Achalasia. When he explained it to me my heart sank and I wanted to cry.

I said that I would have preferred hiatal hernia. He said “I’m sorry”. He went on to say that I’d need surgery and that sadly there’s no cure and in addition, I’d have to have that test in cycles. In those moments I hadn’t digested it all so was just nodding my head and asking relevant questions. When I returned home my eldest daughter asked me how the appointment went and that’s when I broke down. I guess my grandmother dying and this diagnosis took its toll on me. As the months went by, I continued to lose more weight and was prescribed fortijiuce drinks which is a drink packed with nutrients and energy for malnutrition due to disease related illnesses. I came very close to needing a feeding tube but thankfully my surgery came through just in time. On the 22nd January 2020 I had my Heller’s Myotomy and fundoplication wrap following my diagnosis of Achalasia on the 17th August 2019. The surgery so far has been a success and I am still recovering. I am able to finally eat solids, although some are problematic. My 5 external incisions are healing well, but I do still experience physical pain internally. I was advised that the surgery is not a cure but rather a relief of symptoms (which I was suffering with for 2 years) as well as to allow me to eat temporarily until the symptoms return.
I S H A C OPELA ND S TORY
BATTLE WITH RARE DISEASE CALLED LE, BE INSPIRED BY HER RECOVERY.
Unfortunately there is an end stage to Achalasia which involves the removal of the oesophagus. Achalasia is defined as a rare autoimmune disease where the Lower Oesophageal Sphincter fails to relax, resulting in food and eventually liquids failing to enter the stomach. Emotionally I have been on a rollercoaster! I’ve gone from why is this happening to me, what did I do? To, “I’ve just gotta roll with it!” This experience has taught me that nothing in life remains the same and that at any given moment circumstances can change,it has taught me what really matters in life, as well as who you really have in your life to support you. Although I’m still recovering from surgery and I don’t know when my symptoms will return, I remain optimistic and grateful that I can finally resume eating near next to normal again, that I have gained a new found strength in coping with the unexpected arrows that life throws at you and very grateful for the quick service that I received upon diagnosis from the NHS. I want to use my experience to raise awareness of this rare incurable disease and urge anyone suffering with the symptoms mentioned above, to visit their GP promptly to avoid any delay in treatment.

1)For those that don't know you, what do you do and what is your background? My name is Akelia Browne and I am a Life and Mindset coach. After many years of working within the community in education, youth offending teams and organisations that support homeless young people. I knew that most people we're stuck in their lives and because of something theyhad been through, or the way they were looking at their life. I initially thought counselling was the route for me and started a counselling course as i had every intention of becoming a counsellor. 2)What made you decide to be a Life & Mindset coach? I remember speaking with my headteacher 12 years after leaving secondary school. I went back to go see him, as i was sitting in his officehe started asking me questionsthat made me reflect on who i was and my ambitions that i had forgotton. It was a profound conversation that changed the trajectory of my life. After meeting with him, i realised that the questions he was asking me were coaching questions, I knew that if he had that effect on me ( I wasn't in a great space at the time) then how many more people could have a positive experience after being coached? 3)Who would you say are your core client base is?
"IF YOU WANT TO BECOME AN AMAZING COACH AND PROVIDE TRUE TRANSFORMATION, YOU HAVE TO START BEFORE YOU’RE READY. PRACTICE MAKES YOU BETTER".
26
My client base consists of mainly female entrepreneurs/leaders who want to create a bigger impact in their line of work and their private lives. 4) Why do you think that the services you provide have become universally populor? Coaching is a skill that has been around for centuries, i feel that has become more popular now because as a society we are starting to realise the power that we actually have within us. The old way of "10 years in the fitness industry keeping fit will benefit your body and mind. whether you want to lose weight, build strength or maintain a fitness regime our experts are here to keep you on
AK ELIA BR OWNE track. Follow @slimthick_app for weight management aimed at people as though we are broken and need fixing is no longer relevant for us we are starting to understand that we have the immense [ower and knowledge already inside of us- we just need access to. Coaching is a an impactful vehicle for change, people like Tony Robbins, Brendon Burchard and my favorite - Lisa Nichols, have all brought coaching and personal development to the centre stage. 5) With so many life coaches on social media how have you managed to standout above the rest. I feel coaching is so much more than the ability to ask questions, its about taking yourself to places where you expect your clients to go. Its about providing the space for transformation happens on every level -physicaly, mentally and spiritually. I touch up on meditation , manifestation, mindset and psychology on my social posts - and i feel thats what helps me to stand out. 6) How competitive is your field of business? Do you find people steal ideas or copy techniques. I feel that coaching is a competive business, i remember doing some research a little while ago and coaching/personal development was second (with IT being the first) in terms of growth as an industry across the united states. 7) What would you say is your unique selling point to your brand? My unique selling point is that i aim to make high class, transformational coaching and personal development accessible i not only coach, but help my clients exponential growth through a unique blend of minset , soul and manifestation work. 8) How has the current pandemic affected you and your business? I have found that my business has rocketed throughout the pandemic, I learnt to
" C OACH I N G IS SO M U CH M O R E TH AN ABI LI T Y " pivot at the beginning of the lockdown and i delivered training courses online, partnered with a huge establishment and have signed a few private clients as a result. I launched my membership and have a few other pieces of work in the pipeline. 9) What is a typical day like for you? I typically wake up at 6.30am, I meditate and set my intention for the day. I make sure that i eat healthy and drink as much water as possible and try not to check my emails until at least 9.30 am. Depending on the day, i will go into coaching 1-1 clients or delivering training or it could be a day of creativity were i am writing programmes for my courses I ensuring that i end the day either journaling or writing a note for my gratitude Jar. 10) How do you keep a balance between business and personal time. I've had to be quite strict with this, I wasn't great at balancing my time and the more i tried the more i became overwhelmed with everything. However, I learnt a technique from Lisa Nichols and have implemented it into my life and help my clients to do the same. Life is busy for us and the more we try to create balance the more anxiety can exist balance can be elusive for so many of us i tend to focus on intentionally present at work, when am at home with my children i ensure i am fully present with them. When I was focused on balancing my life i was always somewhere else so-me! 11) What advice would you give someone that wants to become a life mentoring coach? I would advise that they invest in some good training, coaching is actually an unregulated field however the industry seems like it is working towards becoming regulated - you might as well stay ahead of the curve and ensure you have some good training under your belt. Get yourself a coach.
On a subconsious level it will help you when you're talking about the value of coaching as you would be experiencing it yourself. it will also help you to become more aware of your blindspots, your limiting beliefs and it will help your growth expodentially. Start coaching as soon as you can -dont wait until the 'right time' that time doesnt exist. If you want to become an amazing coach and provide true transformation, you have to start before you're ready. Practice makes you better. 12) What are your plans for the future? I have so many plans that are currently in the pipeline and i will speak about them as they come into fruition, but until then I will plan on providing even more transformation and helping women to achieve their goals and living the lives that they know they're meant to. YE S SI TH S ANCHE Z 4) What are you currently working on? I'm currently preparing for role in an indie feature and im in pre production for a short film that i wrote. Im also working on a quarantine movie that shoots remotely. 5)What has been you greatest acomplishment? My greatest acomplishment is that i was able to move to Hollywood, and get the opportunity to audition for great productions. 1)For those that don't know you, what do you do and what is your background? My name is Yessica Sanchez, I was born in Cancun Mexico, and moved to Switzerland when i was five years old. I participated in singing competitions from a very young age and i have continued performing throughout my whole life. 2)What attracted you to begin a career as an actress and a writer? I started journaling as soon as i was able to write and i never stopped. Although i enjoyed it so much, i never saw myself as a professional writer. It was only when i went to several film festivals, that i met incredible filmmakers that encouraged me to learn more about the skill of writing. I was always very interested in psychology and how the human mind works, especially in connection with emotions, acting is allowing me to embody different characters and do a lot of research about human behaviours plus i can express myself through art, and that is giving me joy. 3) Describe your acting and writing style? I like simple things, i make observations about society and put them on paper, mostly i take inspiration from my journals and what's concerning me at the moment. My short films are often times poetic, with lots of room for interpretation. The process in pre-production for acting is similar, i do lots of research and gather information to write a journal for my character. I want to be authentic as i can be. 28
6)Your a professional model also, which do you prefer modeling or acting? I started drifting away from modeling , i have always enjoyed acting more it is more rawer and less polished. 7) Do you ever get typecasted and what are your thoughts on that? Yes i get typecast all the time, i personally dont mind it, this is how the industry works right now and im aware of the fact right now that i amat the beginning of my career. However i see that things are changing so hopefully i can show im capable of more than just my typecast. 8) Being a mulltilingual actress, have you found there to be any benefits in the film industry? Knowing different languages has always been a benefit to me, i might get the opportunity to audtion for more diverse roles. But i also have the liberty to check roles in differant countries. 9) Do you have any other interests? In the last couple of months, i have really gotten into photography. Its my new found passion. I love organising photoshoots with my lovely model and actor friends and then edit the photos. I also want to maintain a healthy lifestyle by being mindful and i do that with meditation and yoga.
" BE PATIEN T WOR K HAR D " 10) How have you handled the covid-19 lockdown? What have you learned about yourself over the past months? I really enjoyed the lockdown, i was busier than ever and i went on a journey of self-discovery, in the past, i would have to remind myself to take time for myself, and this experience has kind of forced me to do so, and sit with myself and my feelings. 11) what advice would you give to other aspiring actors.actrress? Be patient and work hard, everybody's got a talent, especially when you move to a city like Los Angeles. its important to keep developing your skills and take workshops with other people to learn more about your craft. ig: @yessisth facebook:Â @yessisth

true taste of
The Caribbean Est 1988
WWw.island-delight.co.uk @IslandDelightUK
A Taste of the Caribbean in the UK Island Delight patties were bornthanks to its founder missing his favourite snack from home. Wade Lyn, the founder of Cleone Foods and Island Delight inventor, moved to the UK from Jamaica and felt obliged to bring the authentic flavours of the Caribbean to his new home. “Growing up in the Caribbean patties were a staple for all of the family. We would eat patties as a snack at lunch time or as a main meal in the evening. When I came over to the UK as a teenager I was surprised to find how difficult it was to buy a pattie, and a bag of chips just wasn’t the same. Later on I decided I wanted to help bring the vibrant Caribbean tastes and flavours I grew up with to the British market.”
Jamaican patty is a pastry that contains various fillings and spices baked inside a flaky shell, often tinted golden yellow with an egg yolk mixture or turmeric. It is made like a turnover, but is more savoury and filled with meat. As its name suggests, it is commonly found in Jamaica, and is also eaten in other areas of the Caribbean, such as the Caribbean coast of Nicaragua and Costa Rica. It is traditionally filled with seasoned ground beef, but fillings can include chicken, pork, lamb, vegetables, shrimp, lobster, fish, soy, ackee, mixed vegetables or cheese. In Jamaica, the patty is often eaten as a full meal, especially when paired with coco bread. It can also be made as bite-sized portions called cocktail patties. Among the Jamaican diaspora in the UK,
