Lush greenery and azure skies serve as a backdrop for this stunning home, with its white stucco curves inspired by Dutch Caribbean architecture. Upon entry, from the street or garage, you’ll find light-filled rooms on one side and an inviting pool on the other. Smooth limestone flooring enhances the open feel of the ground level, which connects to the outdoors through a generous loggia that stretches down the length of the house and across to the pool’s edge. The pool was carefully situated to visually integrate into the overall design of the home. At one end is a fountain and poolside seating area sheltered by a trellis covered with bougainvillea. At the other end, a onebedroom guest cottage with separate entrance. Offered for $2,150,000.

This house, inspired by Caribbean traditions, anchors a corner overlooking the Village Centre. Distinct architectural elements include two large balconies with ornamented wood beams, wood posts and balustrades, exposed overhangs and a deep garden loggia with beadboard ceilings. The foyer gallery allows for circulation, as well as views across the garden courtyard. Plentiful windows in the living and dining room fill the space with light and extend the views into the courtyard and pool. The kitchen, which is open to the family room, f e a t u r e s a c e n t e r i s l a n d a n d w a l k - i n p a n t r y. The second floor master suite, with two walk-in closets and a reading nook, opens to a balcony with views of the Village Centre. Offered for $1,650,000.

The high ceilings and extensive millwork characterize this charming Rowhouse. A generously sized living room adjoins the f a m i l y r o o m w i t h e n c l o s e d w e t b a r. S e t s o f French doors on both sides of the dining room add abundant light and open to the oak lined village street and courtyard garden. The cheerful kitchen features handcrafted cabinets with cool green Esmeralda granite counter tops. French doors open to a trellised arbor and outdoor dining area. The master suite with sitting room and his-and-hers bathrooms encompasses the entire second f l o o r. A t t h e e n d o f t h e g a r d e n a c e n t e r stairway between two single car garages leads to two private guest suites with spacious shared balcony overlooking the green.
