Welcome We enjoyed a full and diverse calendar of cultural events this season including lectures, recitals, performing arts and our second annual documentary film series. In February, we were honored to welcome members of the Harvard Club of Vero Beach to Windsor for its lecture series featuring a fascinating discussion on the Vero Beach Ice Age archaeological site. In March, Windsor hosted author and editor Margaret Bradham Thornton, whose luncheon presentation at the Beach Club gave us insight into her process and inspirations for her recently released novel, Charleston. We are appreciative of all the support our Members have shown for our visiting author series as well as the many other events we schedule each season. Please see page 6 for more on these two recent programs. As we end another season at Windsor, I am pleased to report real estate sales activity has been brisk, particularly in the South Village where we are observing a marked increase in homesite sales and the construction of new homes. We also recently launched sales of our latest Developer offering, the Windsor Park Residences. With pricing starting at $1.7 million, the Windsor Park Residences create an ideal opportunity to own a home at Windsor on a more intimate scale. More information on this exciting new product can be found on page 3. As always, I welcome new visitors to Windsor. If you would like to learn more about our various real estate offerings or schedule a personal tour, please contact me at 772 388 8400 or 800 233 7565 or via email at betsy.hanley@windsorflorida.com. Best wishes for an enjoyable summer. Sincerely,
