WELCOME We have enjoyed another wonderful season at Windsor. I hope you are now enjoying your summer as well. Our 2016 Windsor Charity Polo Cup was a great success. More than 1,200 people from around the world attended this event, which included a polo match with worldclass players, an elegant champagne luncheon and many other entertaining events and exhibits. Most importantly, we raised $250,000 for two important charities: the Alzheimer’s Association and the Alzheimer and Parkinson Association of Indian River County. For details about this event, turn to page 6. Also this season, we unveiled Windsor’s new butterfly habitat in the Concierge courtyard. This lovely garden will serve as home to the rare Atala butterfly as well as many others. For more information on this wonderful new Windsor amenity, please see page 3. One of Windsor’s exceptional homes was recently featured in the Canadian lifestyle publication, House & Home. The 5,000-square-foot home, finished just two years ago, was the focus of a 10-page article in the magazine’s May 2016 edition. You can read more about this beautiful home on page 3. In this issue of the Windsor Properties newsletter we are including a sampling of homes and homesites currently available at Windsor. We have many other opportunities – from oceanfront cottage homesites to our new residential flats project, the Windsor Park Residences – available for those seeking to live the unique Windsor lifestyle. WINDSOR HOME FEATURED IN HOUSE & HOME

Set along the edge of the championship golf course, one exceptional Windsor home finished just two years ago caught the eye of House & Home, a premiere Canadian lifestyle magazine that showcases the most unique and beautiful homes in North America and abroad. It’s easy to see why this Windsor home was featured. The home’s modern Colonial architecture and inspired interiors – with subtle Moorish shapes and accents – give the home a familiar yet exotic feel. The publication devoted 10 pages in its May 2106 edition to this 5,000-square-foot home that features an upside-down layout. The main living spaces were placed on the second floor to offer the best views of the Windsor greens and beyond. The article includes 17 photos that depict the sophisticated yet inviting design of Ashley Waddell and Courtney Whatley of Olivia O’Bryan Design in Vero Beach. The two designers were tasked with creating spaces that were livable but not overly decorated. They knew the interiors needed to work with the exterior architecture and the environment but they also wanted the home to exhibit its own style and personality. The designers’ choices resulted in a home with bright, airy spaces that feel welcoming and comfortable yet just a bit unexpected. A perfect source of inspiration for House & Home readers who relish good design. Read the entire feature at windsorflorida.com/news.
